They were beyond courteous and flexible.Asked in advance for Mountain View, was given courtyard where parents let their children run and scream through night. Restaurant service staff extremely slow and inconsistent. Housekeeping needs to up their game and be prompt in turning over room. Online checkout wasn’t working.
