The room and amenities exceeded expectations with their comfort and quality. However, the night check-in staff, including the manager, conversed nonstop in Punjabi during the check in process, which felt dismissive. They spoke rapidly, barely acknowledged our questions, and seemed eager to rush us through. The lady should really learn how to work in hospitality and actually care about the service you provide, I was kind of pissed off after interacting with her at a basic check in. In contrast, the morning staff provided warm, friendly service.

Great location adjacent to many amenities, but the overall condition of this allegedly 3.5 star hotel was not what I expected. Bathroom finishes were low-quality, shabby, and disappointing. Room HVAC was incredibly loud, and after looking at the unit itself, the HVAC appeared absolutely filthy and caked in dust. Paid, 'self-parking' was inadequate and unprotected, so it felt absurd to pay $15 a day for next to nothing. The room rate was good, but I would have considered this a 2 star experience at best.

I booked a two-bedroom suite where the room description clearly stated 'three bathrooms.' However, the room I received only has two. I believe the hotel front desk assigned me the wrong room. They appear to have given me 'The Family Suite with Sofa Bed,' which only has two bathrooms and is a significantly cheaper option.
