I booked for 2 travelers and there were only toiletries, bathrobe for one. The coffee maker dripped all over the place while making coffee, the fridge was defrosting and dripping inside. The bathrobe hanging in room had holes in it and didn't look clean, maybe because it's old. When asked for extra toiletries and bathrobe the service was quick but the bathrobe upon unfolding had dirt on it like someone had stepped on it. The beds were comfortable and the room cozy and front desk people were welcoming and helpful.

We stayed in the “provincial suites” recently for a quick overnight before and after a vacation. Be warned, these rooms are not in the tall towers, with simple room access - they are located through a basement-like labyrinth with poor signage and no automatic doors (or stoppers) separating the endless hallways so with any amount of luggage this is quite annoying. The front desk staff even look a bit remorseful when trying to give directions because they know it’s nonsense. First stay was on the ground floor, the carpet was pretty gross, the bathroom fan was reminiscent of a jet engine and the window was left open in our room when we checked in, temperatures outside were -11. The business center was “not available” during our stay and we needed some documentation printed off. The front desk staff gave us an email address to send it to and they printed it off for us, which was nice, but also felt a bit invasive. We opted for longer term parking on site so our second stay was at the same place for this reason. Our room was in the labyrinth again, this time on the second floor. Bathroom fan and carpet much improved, however the microwave wasn’t plugged in. I know that seems like a silly complaint but I had such a horrible migraine on our flight back that I threw up on the plane so was a bit desperate to get some relief. Husband had to pull out the large cabinet holding microwave/fridge, slide the desk over and drag the cabinet within range of an outlet. Annoying.
