My favorite hotel ever!! The beds are sooo comfortable, soft with thick duvets, the pool is heated, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, lots of great restaurants nearby, and the location was fantastic! Yes, you're in Richmond, but it is right across from Capstan station so it took us 30 minutes to get all the way to the Waterfront.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. It's a casual trip visiting friends who live in this area. On the 2nd day of our staying, my younger daughter wasn't feeling well and my husband stayed in the hotel with her. She threw up in the bed and my husband immediately called the room service. They came in immediately and quickly deep cleaned the bed and changed all the sheets. The staff was very concerned with her condition and offered to call ambulance or other help. Also asked if it's due to the food consumed in the hotel. My husband told them it's not. They were very caring and professional. The night before we left for home, I asked the front desk to fob the elevator for me to my hotel floor after walking my friend to the parking lot (i left my room key in the room). The front desk verified my information and saw the record, she asked if my daughter felt better. The room is clean and no cigarette smell in the hotel. It's located near shoppings, supermarkets, restaurants, outlet, etc. There was a bit of airport noise, but it didn't bother us.
