Nice quaint rooms. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent value and shuttle to airport great. However, I had an early flight. I asked for early checkin in advance but got no reply. I had to wait over 3 hours for a room. Then they checked in several people at same time as me who just arrived. Seems like they waited until all rooms cleaned before checking me in instead of letting me check in when a room was ready.

Room was good and clean. Service at the desk was slow and person who assisted us was probably very new and seemed to have problem with both handling the credit card and debit card. Other than that check in was ok.

Airport shuttle is great , always fast friendly service! Front desk always helpful and polite. Great location close to skytrain or bus service also a strip mall across the street with coffee and fast food selections. The breakfast is lacking, but we like to stay here before and after a trip.
