Room was very clean. Perhaps the building is showing its age, but they are doing renovations so that's good. The bed was super comfy with lovely linens, which is the most important thing. Only 4 minute walk to Bridgeport station.

The hotel itself needs updates but it's very clean and the staff is welcoming. The breakfast is good as well. What made our stay was a wonderful gentleman who picked us up at the airport in a remarkable time and was very kind and welcoming and had us checked in incredibly fast. Thank you,we won't see that type of service often any more.
