There was a gentleman on reception last night 21st about 7pm… he was quite rude, otherwise the stay was great. The guys doing our luggage were awesome and morning reception team were great as well !

The concierge was excellent He was so personable and knowledgeable. The staff at the store were very friendly. The only issue was our room wasn’t serviced. The garbage was not picked up and we didn’t have fresh towels. Otherwise a great venue.

It's beautiful the moment you walk in and the staff was extremely friendly but the room itself was flawed with the amount of money I was paying. All the ventilations in the room was not working, such as the bathroom and ac. It was very hot and humid in our room. Asked to get it fixed 3 times. Eventually it was fixed. Carpets were dirty, the chair was dirty and had boogers, the cups in the bathroom was dirty.

Friendly helpful staff!

We got off our cruise and arrived at the hotel, the room was of course not ready as it was 9am, which we figured would be the case. The bellman Jose' immediately greeted us and took our bags to storage and was so helpful about things we could do or where to go to kill some time. We went to the Fishermans Wharf! Super choice for us! As far as the hotel, it was good, rooms clean, comfy bed. They has a small restaurant, that was very busy, but the 2 staff running it were friendly and attentive as they could be considering. We would stay here againd if needed for 1 night, but longer we would choose a place with stores and restaurants within walking.
