The staff were accommodating with a later check out. There’s a free shuttle to and from the airport. The restaurant in the hotel was fabulous and had excellent service. Most importantly the room was very clean, with all the amenities and the bed was extremely comfortable

Staff were wonderful , especially Jose and Cameron specifically in the hotel , the ladies working at The Tide restaurant were amazing as well. The hotel was clean and spacious , we stayed for 4 nights and do not have a single thing to complain about. I wish they had a pool but I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Richmond BC!
