Here is the email I recently sent to the hotel. I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Vancouver Airport Hotel & Marina (3500 Cessna Dr, Richmond, BC, V7B 1C7, Canada) from Saturday, September 20th to Monday, September 22nd. I would like to share some concerns regarding my experience during this stay. Upon arrival, there was a fire alarm at the hotel, which delayed the check-in process by over an hour. After checking in, I discovered that the elevators were out of service for an extended period. As I recently underwent knee surgery, I requested a room on the first floor for accessibility reasons. Unfortunately, I was informed that the hotel was at full capacity and my request could not be accommodated. Eventually, I reached my assigned room on the sixth floor (Room 641) using the service elevator. However, neither of the two key cards provided worked. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to open the door, a guest unexpectedly opened the door from inside — it turned out the room had already been occupied. The guest attempted to contact reception using the room phone but was unable to connect. I was finally able to reach the front desk using my personal cell phone, and I was reassigned to Room 615. This situation was distressing and could have had serious safety implications. I was surprised not to receive any follow-up communication or acknowledgment from the hotel regarding the incident. I believe such a mistake warrants a more proactive response and reassurance that steps

We stopped for one night waiting to get on a cruise ship the next day. Your shuttle from and back to the airport was terrific. We loved the bed in the room and the bathroom was amazing. We will definately be coming back. We have a friend who is flying to Vancouver to cruise in a few months. We recommended you as a grest place for them to come. Thank you for your kind service.

Cozy and clean room with no strange smell. My room is facing the Fraser river, 180 degree view of sunrise/sunset, moon and mountains, city lights and boats. What an amazing view! Some minors things such as ventilation fan in bathroom is not working, and remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. These do not add up to give a negative comment to a place with such high CP value.
