The room was newly updated, modern, and very comfortable. The airport shuttle was confusing on arrival ,no signs or schedule at the airport or online. At the hotel, though, the schedule was clearly posted, the shuttle ran on time, and the driver was very friendly. I arrived at 12:30pm and asked about early check-in, but was quoted $60 even though check-in is at 3 pm. I would’ve preferred being told the room wasn’t available. Overall, an excellent stay. Great location close to the subway. I’d stay here again.

Amazing customer service. The guys at the front desk when I checked in were so nice and welcoming. I wish i got their names but i was a bit rushed. We then went to the bar/restaurant and Jamie was amazing. She went above and beyond for us and others. We watched her really work so hard with a smile on her face. She was really busy and she managed a very difficult customer so well. She is a true asset to your company.

Nice hotel perfectly located near the airport. Rooms were nice, staff was great and very accommodating. And was very convenient with the shuttle from the airport and SixT rental company right inside the hotel

Booked 1 night because I had 20 hours of flying overseas the next day and was trying to get a good nights sleep. Was woken up by staff knocking on my door and also calling my room at 10:45PM. Wasnt sure if there was an emergency, or if I'd overslept. The hotel staff had their rooms mixed up and were trying to deliver a toothebrush and toothpaste to another guest oj a different floor. Was in a deep sleep, was jarred awake. I received less than ideal rest. Room was clean and it's a nice place. Just unfortunate the staff weren't on their game. Oh, and if you need to ask them a question, dont waste your time texting the hotel line that texts you when you get there. They took just shy of 6.5 hours to answer.
