The location is great and the staff was amazing. The reason for the less than stellar review is that the property just doesn't meet expectations of a Radisson. The lobby is tired, one of the elevators was broken, the other felt old and smelled funny, the room was clean but the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling, there were pockets in the caulking that were dirty (maybe moldy?). I get that location is important, and I needed to be near the airport, but this was a $150/night hotel room with a price tag triple that amount.

It was a shame we did not have the option of swapping a room upgrade for breakfast as this would have been more suitable for our stay. The room was not clean enough for the standard expected of radison. Hair on the bathroom floor and in the bath, floor had not been vacuumed. Tired decor. Disappointing given the cost per night.

Good location. Clean rooms. Comfy bed. Breakfast has decent options, although was not stellar. One of the elevators was not working. And the one that was working had an issue so I couldn't get to my floor. Hot tub was out of service, which was a bummer.
