The staff (Thomas at Front Office) were extremely helpful by sending out the shuttle in the middle of the night multiple times while I was delayed and then having trouble locating my luggage. They also gave me an upgrade which was great after such a long day. The breakfast wasn't that good which was the only set back. However, a really smooth stay and the shuttle drivers were great.

I had a great experience with this hotel, especially the staff. After I had already checked out and was at the airport, my flight got cancelled. The Manager on Duty, Kendrick T, went above and beyond by sending the shuttle to pick me up, checking me back in, and allowing me to stay until 2:00 PM. That kind of support made a very stressful situation much easier. Earlier during my stay, I had a minor issue with my room, and both MOD Karen and Kendrick followed up promptly and resolved it quickly with great professionalism and care. Excellent customer service, responsive management, and a team that truly cares about guests. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
