Shuttle, hotel and breakfast. It's a good way to make a long stop in Van before a flight. The shuttle was on time(you call when you arrive and you book your return). The room was clean and the breakfast was good and warm. Most staff was friendly, would be great to have additional support for the elderly like a bell hopper.

Poor experience at Hotel Hampton on Nov 3, 2025: - The staff mistakenly assigned the room twice. Firstly assigning the wrong room key and hence the key failed to open the room door. Unluckily & Luckily the guest who stayed in this room was just coming back. We showed the key envelop which matched his room otherwise we would become the break-in suspect. The second poor incident was that the staff wrongly assigned the room that had been occupying by other guest. It was so embarrassed when I opened the door and saw another guest inside the room. Hence I insisted the staff had to go with us to open the door on the 3rd trial. I did ask Hampton staff to make apologies to these guests.

Room was clean, beds comfortable, showers with good pressure and a well stocked bathroom. The location was great; shuttle from the airport, a short walk to Bridgeport Station for the Canada Line and bus connections. Hotel breakfast was good and though not needed there is a Starbucks and Burger King across the street. The standout though was Tammy, she was a great help at check in after a long travel day navigating cancelled flights. I would stay here again.

Good hotel with lots of amenities for a reasonable price. A great option when flying into/out of YVR. The airport shuttle service is less than ideal -- we were waiting outside for close to an hour watching other shuttles go by multiple times while waiting for their shuttle to arrive.
