They are always friendly and helpful, which is so appreciated after being away and adjusting to time changes. I have found myself in the lounge and restaurant a few times, obviously, and always had great service, food, and drinks. The only negative is that on my last visit, when I arrived there was an alarm going off which was more annoying for the staff than for me since it was in the afternoon and I could drop my luggage and leave for a bit. On my departure stay a few weeks later, the same alarm went off but this time around 6 or 7am.. it sucked and I was so confused but it could always be worse! The staff was apologetic both times.

Great stay for the night before a flight

Excellent stay! The soundproofing is spectacular and you'll barely know you're at the airport. Stunning bathroom, good tub, comfortable bed and the location cannot be beat.

Airplane noise was minimal. Nice to not have to go outside in the weather. Heck you can even eat in the airport if yor want.
