I have always had a great experience at this hotel, which is why this stay was disappointing. The receptionist changed my room, and the new room was affected by very loud airplane noise, making it impossible to sleep.

They gave me a complimentary upgrade simply because I expressed that I was having a funky day.Best room I've stayed in for long time. So clean!!
