The bed sheets were not changed when we first checked in — there were visible body hairs, including some curly ones, on the sheets and pillowcases. The response to our request to replace them was slow due to limited staff availability in the evening. We eventually received clean sheets but had to change them ourselves. Aside from a quick "I'm sorry," there was no further apology or follow-up from management. Not sure if leaving curly hairs and sharing human skin waste on beds is the new norm, but aside from that, it wasn’t a bad place.

We love the convenient location of the hotel being close to so many shops and restaurants. The indoor pool and waterslide are always an added bonus for the kids, so we come back every time. Only feedback is the pool can definitely be more heated.

The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. Some of the furniture could use some updating, and there is no convenient way to charge items next to the bed. The free parking lot is quite a hike and not ideal if you're traveling solo, as I was. However, the paid parking garage offers a skywalk to get to the hotel, so that is what I chose to use. Took some time to find a spot to park, and the signage was confusing: "Reserved 24 hours" - I wasn't sure if that applied to customers or what.

Overall a good stay. Got upgraded to a suite for no extra cost, very much appreciated. Room was clean and well appointed, a bit on the older side, but clean. Mattress was ok, I prefer a hard mattress and this one was quite soft so didn’t sleep well. Went to the pool/hot tub area one evening to find it overrun with kids and large families. Most had drinks and food when they shouldn’t have. Went to the Gordon Ramsey steakhouse, food was delicious and expensive. That fancy of a restaurant is out of my league but it was good for a one time thing
