The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was immaculately clean. The kids loved the pool, but another kid barfed in the stairs and the staff member who cleaned it up took a long time and still missed some. The family-friendly food options on-site weren’t great. The buffet was way over-priced (especially for picky kids) and everything we ordered for room service was just not very good. While we were there one of the two elevators in the tower we were staying in was out of order which made for really long waits. Especially around check-out.

In general the main lobby area was clean and updated. However, in the area that we stayed the carpet was dirty around the elevator and looked very worn out. The room that we stayed in was clean but dated. The bathroom and it's fixtures was more modern than the room. We especially found the staff in the Chairman's Room where we had breakfast daily excellent and offered great advice and tips on how to navigate the area. We found that there was limited fine dining restaurant options for such a large hotel. We especially liked the hotel for it's location as it was a central point and easy to get to other areas of interest. The hotel has easy access to the skytrain which was connected to the hotel.
