Our room was great, except the couch creaked everytime you sat on it or got up. Lol. But there was only 1 working elevator in the building! Traveling with a person in a wheelchair, made it very complicated to go anywhere. Only 1 escalator was working. The casino was great fun and pretty large. Very convenient to get to the skytram back and forth from the 3rd floor of the hotel.

Our room was nice , clean & big , only comment we have is when we check in 8/22/2025 @ around 3:30 pm or so the staff that help us was somewhat easily get irritable like when my husband was asking where was the dissabled parking was he flatly said ( you see my hand ) pointing at the place where to park we sure did not appreciate his attitude , he was very impatient he should not be in the front office in our opinion

Great property . Casino is great . Rooms / beds are full queen size and comfy . Clean and impressively quiet even with planes flying over and sky train close by . Fun for the kids to watch Downside kids couldn’t go through the casino to get to the meal options so finding food in the evening was not the best . There is one restaurant open till 10 pm though and the food was really good there. Gordon Ramsey restaurant looked really nice did not treat our kids there . . Parking if you have kids you have to walk all the way around the hotel to get to lobby , so drop off first . (you can’t walk through the casino with kids) . There is valet and there is a pool . Overall great hotel clean , safe and fun.

We always enjoy our stay every summer for the past decade! Close to the night market walking distance and also the casino for the adults. Fun pool for my kids and the Gordon Ramsey restaurant was second to none even though it was pricey but we only live once so we splurged and weren’t disappointed by the food and service!

Always a nice hotel but hard to book over the weekend. Everything is great except parking garage is a bit too far to walk outdoors , especially during the winter with children (adults can walk through casino but they won’t let kids in).
