We book the hotel and then get trapped to pay the resort fee for the "free parking" which turns out to be free regardless. And the resort fee includes use of the pool, to our understanding, but then the pool was closed for our first day stay, so that was a rip off. The AC unit in the room had a loud fan and it kept cycling on and off all night, waking you up, which is also annoying. And our bathroom sink did not drain properly, so I had to jimmy the drain plug several times to clear the clog, also annoying

We love how easy it is to get from the ferry to the River Rock. We also love how the sky train is right there.

Room was a bit dated, however, it was large, comfortable, and very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Poor signage in the lobby - location of elevators was not obvious. Food options in the hotel are limited. We drove into Richmond for dinner.

Clean room, staff in the hotel so nice but the staff from the Casino wasn’t very nice, The security in the Casino check out id when we want to go into Casino and he said to us that we have to back up not close near him. How we give our id to in to the Casino if not close to him? And there wasn’t line mark on the floor. The way he talk were so rude. After we spend a lot of monies on that Casino and we got that service? Who want to come back there again if no friendly service???
