Easy check-in and I was pleasantly surprised I was able to get into the room early upon arrival from the airport several hours ahead of the check-in time. The room was a good size but the mattress was too soft. The location was great - close to the airport. I took the Skytrain which was only a few stops away from the anirport and you can walk to the hotel through a connection from the transit exit to the 3rd floor of the resort. The resort is close to several malls (Aberdeen, Landsdowne and Richmond Centre) and the Designer Outlet Mall. Easy ride into Vancouver City Centre by Skytrain. There’s a Starbucks conveniently located in the lobby. Didn’t stay at the resort for the casino but easy access from the lobby and had some fun for a few hours. I didn’t use the pool or spa.

I chose the Hotel for proximity to the Airport. The train trip to the airport took only 15 min, door-to-door, which exceeded my best expectations. The dining in the Resort is great for both the quality of food and prices. I did not use the pool and I did not plan to do it, so the fee for the pool, which was not mentioned at the Expedia website was a surprise.

The purpose of our stay wasn't entertainment. So I can't comment on the spa or casino. We used the gym and it was great. The room was very good and the staff was extremely helpful and supportive.

I traveled solo through the Vancouver area. I stayed at RRCR the last couple of nights for my trip. I felt safe. The room was super clean/comfortable, staff was amazing and helpful AND the Skytrain connections are RIGHT THERE on property. Man! That was such a bonus. Will come back if I'm ever in the area again.

Super unhappy with my stay. Had an executive suite. Both lamps in bedroom did not work and room was very dated. Was unable too work in bed as i usually do due to both lamps being broken i can understand one lamp broken but both of them is ridiculous. How was the room even cleaned without using the lamps as that is the only light besides the small mirror light.
