Very tiny rooms, nice amenities like restaurants and bar but the hot tub had dirt in it and all over the stairs into hot tub was dirty and brown. There were no jets in the hot tub. Just taking a hot bath was all it was. All in all wouldn’t stay here again.

The constant trains going past, noisy guests and car alarms, did not make for a good stay. I know the hotel cannot alleviate all outside noise, but this was ridiculous. If you can, ask for a room on the opposite side of the train tracks.

The staff were friendly and helpful The room was clean There is a constant flow of trains coming and going at the back where we were located My main concern was the active drug use on the streets it didn’t feel safe coming and going for walks alone around the area. This is new from the other times I have stayed in kamloops
