Nice hotel. Lobby is very nice. Staff are friendly. The room was slightly worn but clean. Beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were good for the kids. Amazing location right across from a really nice park which is great for kids. We would definitely stay again.

Great location right downtown across from the Sandman Centre. There is a train line beside the hotel, however hotel does offer ear plugs and in room sound machines for white noise. It didn't bother me at all, slept amazing! Staff at check in were wonderful, very kind and helpful.

Being near the Riverside Park and downtown restaurants was great and the staff are lovely. But, the state of the room was pretty unpleasant. Stained sheets, dark bathrooms, with rusty fixtures, curtains that didn’t fit the window, nasty chairs, tiles and chipped and peeling paint. The city views rooms are also right by the train tracks and it’s so disturbingly loud they have a white machine in the room and offer ear plugs. Yikes. 😬
