Unfortunately I stayed during a cold snap. The second night I was awoke to a fire alarm at 1 am (not placing blame as this is out of anyone’s control). That following morning I along with everyone else woke to no water. 2 pipes had froze and burst. Again out of anyone’s control. Having to attend appointments I was unable to shower or properly get ready for the day. The 2 on site restaurants were excellent. Food was great and staff friendly. It was a very clean facility with a convenient location. The train tracks are VERY close, however the noise was hardly noticed, and earplugs were provided if bothered by it!
