Write a review: When I checked in the staff repeatedly referred to my service animal as a “pet,” despite being informed otherwise. They down graded my room due to having my service animal even when I had VIP access booking through Expedia This shows a clear lack of awareness and training. Service animals are not pets, they’re protected by law. I hope the hotel takes steps to better educate their team.

Very welcoming staff, comfortable room, air con a bit noisy. Pool area a bit tired looking and no changing room, but pleasant to have a cooling dip. Ember bar next door gives discount for hotel guests and food & drink good quality & price.

The staff was so accomodating after we relocated from a horrible motel situation. My family had a lovely 4 night stay - until the hockey team checked in on a Saturday night! We would stay here again, for sure.
