The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. From the ladies in the dining room, the housekeeping staff to the front desk. Room was very clean so we did not require daily cleaning.Bedding was very comfortable. The hotel is well organized with the quiet dining room(not in a high traffic zone) to the side exit to the mall. Room was great, staff was friendly, there is a free hot breakfast bar and the location is across the street from the Metro town Skytrain station. There is free parking for hotel guests, I left my car there the whole weekend and used the Skytrain for getting around town.
