Lovely and clean. Light breakfast is brought to your room the day before and milk is always topped up. Staff are lovely. Really enjoyed our stay except that it wasn't long enough!

Hello Geoff,Unfortunately, we are unable to control the state of our neighbour's properties but would like to point out that the elevation of your room allows you to look over their rooftop (which is particulalry low-lying) and see the expance of the horion and the morning sunrise in all its glory..... currently beautiful pink and orange hues.We anticipate that these properties will be developed at some time in the future, taking away the "quaint feel" of Mollymook...... when this occurs, we imagine that guests may be looking at the wall of a much higher development..... hopefully a number of years down the track.We would encourage you to book early on any future visits for one of our :front rooms" - these look towards the park instead, but with a slight angling of your body from the balcony, you can see not only the water, but also the sand.Kind Regards,Belinda
