There was no one at reception so had to wait 15 minutes outside before being able to even get into the building, with lots of questionable people outside we felt very unsafe. But in saying that, once inside the building, it was secure. The one staff member working was friendly and helpful. The room - the walls had paint missing and were very dirty all round, the carpet was filthy. We didn’t feel comfortable to shower there because of the uncleanliness. We slept in the bed, but other than that, didn’t feel comfortable to be there. Would not recommend.

The onsite manager was very nice. However the room was not as advertised. On the website details it says 2 bathrooms. It only has 1. The website adverises full fridge - Not the case. It has a bar fridge There is no toaster. There is no coffee maker -only a jug. There is only 1 drinking glass 1 desert spoon, 2 different size coffee mugs ec etc etc. The maintenace is poor. Shower cubicle leaks, door to bar fridge cupboard broken etc The room requires an audit, maintenance and upgrade and the website needs to be a true reflection of the unit. The website is misleading and unit should not be readvertised until faults corrected. The best thing about the accommodation was the manager

My husband and I stayed 3 nights, the first night loud music played until midnight then started again before 9 in the morning. We needed to share the 1 cup and 1 glass for drinks. The aircon didn't work properly so you couldn't turn it off or change the temperature which was set to 17, so we had to change the mode when it got too cold and then back again when it got too hot. The toilet made a loud sound everytime you flushed - loud enough to wake you up. Parking available means public parking on the road with a 2 hour limit during the day. However it was clean, the manager was friendly. The room was supplied with fresh towels daily and rubbish was taken.

The apartment is in a very convenient location, close to shops, public transport, and restaurants. The room was reasonably clean and had the basic facilities needed for a short stay. However, the building is a bit dated and some maintenance could be improved. Noise can be an issue at times, and communication with management wasn’t always smooth. Overall, it’s an okay option if you’re looking for affordability and location rather than comfort or luxury.

What I didn’t like was the microwave was arcing and flashing out the back and I felt it might catch on fire. Thus I was unable to heat my dinner. I did try phoning someone but went to mail. No won contacted back. Every other aspect was ok and position was convenient. I was in room 701.

I had a huge apartment on 7th floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 ensuites, kitchen & Lounge. It was PERFECT although it was a freezing night, and the 1 split system heater struggled to keep the whole unit warm. Overall, VERY Pleased, will certainly use again!!

There was an uncomfortable smell in hallways, a permanent resident had a loud party, allocated parking unavailable ending with street parking which didn’t feel safe, beds were extremely comfortable and rooms were clean.
