Staff were nice. Room was not thoroughly clean, urine was left on the toilet seat as an example. Area was not great, lots of drug users around, but it's not limited to this location. It's the reality the greater Vancouver area.

Nice property inside, somewhat updated and tidy. The location is a bit isolated and there are limited conveniences in the vicinity. Close to skytrain station though and fairly quiet considering the proximity to the highway and train. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast looked decent but I only took coffee. Would stay again.

Breakfast is same for my 10 days of stay. Carpeting throughout the hotel is old and look dirty. My relatives ssys it's not a safe area, many homeless walking around. I noticed when the desk person answered the phone inquiry of the cost of the hotel. He said it in Canadian dollar 199.95 - why Expedia charge me 199.95 in US dollar.

It was ok. The staff friendly but not enough parking if the hotel is full and you end up in an overflow field. Breakfast was lukewarm and not enough places to sit if busy. Water was hot, fridge was cold and beds were typical.

We enjoyed our stay. I would like to commend all the staff there. From the front desk check in to the cleaning staff. Everyone was so helpful, friendly and kind! Their customer service was amazing! I will definitely come back again because of this!! Now about the room: the furniture is out dated kind of like has a 1990’s vibe, very vintage but that’s ok. The room was cozy and it suits its purpose. Breakfast was alright nothing fancy but again it fills your belly. Overall we will go back because of the excellent customer service! Thank you!

Charged me for property damages without notifying me and without any proof. Also couldnt provide me an invoice of the said property damage fee. Tried calling the reception many times but wouldnt let me speak to their manager. I also emailed their HR but didnt receive any response. Poor communication with staff.
