Hotel Milo has the best location. Directly across from Stearns Wharf Pier. 10 minute walk to State Street. There is also a restaurant right next door for breakfast/lunch. The staff was really friendly. The valet parking staff was amazing. It was pouring rain, and they were running back and forth getting the cars soaking wet but still had a smile on their face. Although the valet parking provided great service, I don't like the fact that the hotel charges to park on their premises as a guest. Hotel guest parking should be included. It comes off as a way to nickel and dime the guest.

Notso good...cute outside, problems inside. Did battle with tv, engineer came and told me I needed to synch my phone with their advertised chromecast perks...he fiddled with my phone and as a result lost about 500+ saved shortcut articles which I ll have to spend weeks retrieving if I am lucky. The front desk comped me a movie they d normally charge 26 dollars for. Broke my toe on the entrance to the bathroom b/c there s no smooth covering adjoining wood floor in main room to raised tile in bathroom (that was 2 inches of concrete I smashed into). No hair dryer...had to ask for one. No trap or plug for bathroom sink so if you drop an earring or ring, an engineer would have to get it out. All this for 191 on a Sunday night. Front desk and staff are sweer, but put a little money into the details. Never come back.

i did not like that if you come with a car they charge you 32 dollars valet parking it is not mentioned anywhere in the booking or did i not see something i find this a sneaky charge.. thed hotel next door offers free parking
