The hotel was nice. The cleaning service didn’t provide enough towels. When we arrived there was only one shower towel. No small ones. Once they wer replaced, we found a dirty one in our pile.

Enjoy our fireside patio. For the amount of money we paid for our stay free breakfast should of came with the budget also staff needs to be trained better on customer service and learn how to de-escalate situations when it comes to hostile customers. I felt that staff need to be on the same page and their customer service skills need to be on point.

I truly enjoy the location of this property. Only a parking lot separates you from the sand and sea. Local restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance and the pier is just across the parking lot. I've stayed here several times and always get a room with an ocean view. I will be back!

Try Vespera instead

After the first night my son had bites on his legs and the sink was clogged. They did move us right away. Food was ok at the roof top bar. Housekeeping did not come to our room until almost 5pm to change out towels, ect.. felt bad for the ladies, as it looked like they didn't have much help. Didnt charge us for valet, for obvious reasons.. or that was 30$ a day, and no where near to park. wish I tried the Vespera instead, their pool looked so much better too! I wanted to like this place so bad, but it was just mediocre.

I showed up at time of check in and had to wait 45 minutes for my room. The front desk associate tried to make it right and upgrade my room and the manager didn’t not allow it.

Pismo Pier

Right there at the pier. Can walk to pretty much everything. Right in the middle of the action. Walk to the beach.
