An Experience

When we arrived the internet in the hotel was down. Check-in was backed up due to it. The phone lines didn’t work our cell phones didn’t work. A used soap was left in the shower. We had a family of four and only two towels. When I went to ask for more they had none available. My kids went swimming and there were no pool towels available. The shower faucet was not marked hot and cold. I don’t know if the water was so sensitive but when I was showering my daughter the water kept going burning hot. I ended up rinsing her off with water from the sink. The next day was a complete 180 thank goodness. Everything ran much smoother and towels and internet were available again. The shower wasn’t going hot and cold. After the first day hiccups, the rest of our stay was great! The hotel is very beautiful and in such a convenient location. We had a great ocean and pier view.

Amazing experience! Spent my anniversary there and will be coming back. Everyone was super nice and our view was perfect! Corey our valet person helped us out a lot ! He made our experience great ! Recommend having him help you out :)

The hotel was nice. The cleaning service didn’t provide enough towels. When we arrived there was only one shower towel. No small ones. Once they wer replaced, we found a dirty one in our pile.

we found bugs in the bed. We had to throw away our clothes because we thought it was a bed bug. They only gave us a $100 refund, even though their staff personally saw that the bugs were on the bed.” Not returning ever.

Enjoy our fireside patio. For the amount of money we paid for our stay free breakfast should of came with the budget also staff needs to be trained better on customer service and learn how to de-escalate situations when it comes to hostile customers. I felt that staff need to be on the same page and their customer service skills need to be on point.

I truly enjoy the location of this property. Only a parking lot separates you from the sand and sea. Local restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance and the pier is just across the parking lot. I've stayed here several times and always get a room with an ocean view. I will be back!
