The room was furnished and maintained well for the price. I really wanted to like it. The problem was that the room below mine was rented by a bunch of people who just wanted a place to throw a party. The party seemed to really get rolling at 3:30am. It went from the parking lot to the room, back and forth. Drunk girls shouting about which girl they were going to fight, music, general party noise, even at 5am, Way over max occupancy for the rooms. Very loud, no way to sleep. Called the front desk twice. In the morning at check out the staff told me they went by every 30 minutes and asked the people throwing the party to at least stay in the room, (the rooms all have doors and windows toward the parking lot, so noise there will be heard in every room). The motel said they even called the police. The police never arrived, which is not a great reflection on the area. The staff was apologetic at check-out, and I understand that the night staff may not have been able to safely deal with a large group. I don't know how often people use the Oasis for a cheap place to hold a party, but if is when you are there, you will not be sleeping, and the people throwing the party know that nobody is going to stop them.

Would avoid. At about 2AM a large group of young people showed up outside my room and proceeded to drink, smoke, yell and honk horns until I left at 5AM. They were even sitting on my car when I came out. The person behind the front desk didn't care, and the "security" they say they have wasn't around. These were kids, high-school loudly underage drinking and didn't even appear to have a room at the motel. It's just a hang out spot.

The rooms were decent - the area isn't the greatest - it is gated which is ok. But lots of smokers (cigarettes and weed) which is not really the hotels responsibility but that was my experience.
