Avoid Room 111 at all cost !!.... The bed was a total disaster and the spare bed was barely any better. Room was also in need of a deep clean. Clearly this room is overdue for a major makeover....

Clean room and comfortable bed however, the room was very hot with no aircon even though that was a criteria of my search, there was a fan but only moves the hot air around. The hotel isn’t accessible friendly, steps to get to the lift, and public areas very tired looking.

Hi 'Anonymous', Thank you for the feedback. We have a systemised lost property procedure in place. All found items are recorded and kept safely for 3 months at the hotel. Please feel free to collect whatever it is you have lost. If your concern is in delay of return then please note that we run accommodation business not a courier business. Courier will be done when a certain number of items have been collected and we can actually allocate time (still without any service charge from the hotel) for a team member to courier the items. You have to be non-fussy about courier prices and timings as we are already going an extra mile helping get forgotten items back to our guests. If however your concern was that your lost item was not found, then unfortunately we have no obligation to have found an item. It may have been misplaced at a different location. Thank you.
