Hi 'Anonymous', Thank you for the feedback. We have a systemised lost property procedure in place. All found items are recorded and kept safely for 3 months at the hotel. Please feel free to collect whatever it is you have lost. If your concern is in delay of return then please note that we run accommodation business not a courier business. Courier will be done when a certain number of items have been collected and we can actually allocate time (still without any service charge from the hotel) for a team member to courier the items. You have to be non-fussy about courier prices and timings as we are already going an extra mile helping get forgotten items back to our guests. If however your concern was that your lost item was not found, then unfortunately we have no obligation to have found an item. It may have been misplaced at a different location. Thank you.
