The house was exactly as listed and my extended family and I enjoyed our stay. We were able to communicate any issues easily with the property manager who dealt with them promptly. The only downside was the distance from downtown.

Amazing House

Stayed here with my parents and extended family and it was prefect. Lots of space and pool and hot tub were great. Really well located for all that Palm Springs has to offer.

Thanksgiving stay

Three stars due to disappointment over the heating schedule of the pool and spa. After paying in advance to have them heated we arrived to a cold pool and spa. Once turned on it took time to heat. The pool and spa do not heat simultaneously - so be aware, the temp drops accordingly. I had 4 very disappointed grandchildren and adult children over the varying temps throughout our 5 day stay. Otherwise the property is clean, kitchen is well appointed, pool and spa are clean, and location is good (near airport and downtown). The property itself is small, but it worked for our party of 9.

Nice Getaway

We planned our Girls Weekend Getaway early in the year and were looking forward to our staying at this property. It was the flamingo floatie in the picture that attracted us. Haha The place is exactly described in the posting. Very clean and high tech. The tv frames were amazing. The hosts communicates really well when I had questions or things happen. Overall it was a great experience. Some feedback: I received the house code 3 days prior to our arrival and shared it with my friends who were arriving earlier than me. While in flight, my friend texts me saying the code isn’t working and they tried several times even to the point where it said to stop entering the number. So she called the property manager and they said they just changed the lock code the day prior. Why would you do that and not communicate it to us? Needless to say we got the right code and was able to enter the property. Other feedback: Getting the pool and hot tub warm was a challenge. I paid the extra money but the pool was NOT heated on our first day. I called the property manger and they apologized and will get that working. We left to do groceries and the hot tub was nice and warm but the pool was ice chilling cold still. So we waited until the next day, where the pool was slowly warming up but still cold. It wasn’t until our last day that the pool was perfect. I paid for 3 days for a heated pool only to enjoy it for 1 day. I would recommend messaging them 2 days prior your arrival to remind them

Wonderful Relaxation

Perfect for a relaxing girls trip. Would have rated 5/5 if extra supplies (toilet paper) were stocked. Messaged host and they had not resupplied and their maintenance was unable to bring any. Perfect amount of space and the outdoor areas were exactly as advertised. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking cook. Would stay here again.

Fantastic!

We had a wonderful time. The house was pristine; the kitchen was well-outfitted with beautiful, new housewares. The pool was delightful, we did use the casita for sleeping and it was just as comfortable as the rest of the house. We had a question mid-stay and got a quick, successful response. The view of the mountains from the dining area - also beautiful!

Clean house, great location

The house was clean with cute and stylish decor located close to downtown Palm Springs. We came to town for a relaxing bachelorette weekend and the house + casita were perfect for a group of 7 and the pool/spa provided just the relaxation we were hoping for. The house is stocked with plenty of kitchen supplies (i.e., cutlery, cooking utensils, etc.) which made it easy to bring in our own food and whip up exactly what we needed. I did not give it 5 stars for everything as we did run out of toilet paper. When we reached out to the management/host they responded quickly and said that someone would come by within 2 hours but 4-6 hours went by and still no sign of toilet paper. Also, it would be convenient to have mirrors in each of the bedrooms as only having mirrors in the bathrooms and in the living room can make it difficult for 7 people to get ready at the same time to head out on the town. Overall, a great stay and a great experience. Thank you so much,

We will be back

Five college friends gathered here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very well appointed for cooking at home. The house is in a cozy neighborhood with great views of the surrounding mountains. It is a short walk to Prescott Preserve where you can take a lovely daily walk or indulge in great bird watching (or turtle watching!). We used the house as a base to explore hikes like Murray Canyon Trail, to visit Joshua Tree National Park and Anza Borrego State Park. We loved our visit to Sunnylands and the guided bird walk. In the evenings we went in to Palm Springs for the Thursday Night Market and to visit various restaurants. It was very nice to retreat to the house, the common areas - especially the hot tub. We’d definitely rent again and highly recommend.

Cute Property

The property itself is cute with comfy lounging areas but felt a bit cramped for 3 adults as bedrooms are very close to if not immediately off of the kitchen/living room. A bit challenging for folks who keep different schedules. This property is in a “locals” neighborhood so be aware of that if you’re hoping for a different vibe.

Incredible stay, location, and amenities close to the airport and downtown!

10/10! Stayed here with my family and friends for a long weekend. We could not have been more impressed by this property. The pool and hot tub were beautiful, the beds were cozy and well accommodated our group of 8, and there were plenty of amenities to cook and entertain ourselves. The location near the airport was super convenient for guests arriving at different times, and only was ~10 mins from downtown. The neighborhood was really quiet as well. Overall, we absolutely loved the place and would definitely stay here again!
