The way I was greeted with a virtual attendant was awful. There were all kinds of problems including not being able to understand it. I would much rather be checked in by a real person. I will not return because of it. Also I couldn't get the tv to work. I was not able to change channels only volume worked on the remote.

The Good: The room was clean upon arrival and the bathrooms were also clean, with spacious showers. The Bad: There is no physical staff at the office. They outsource the front desk and only have a digital receptionist whose English is very difficult to understand. I stayed for an entire week and room service did not come by even once, so we had to use the same linens and towels the whole time. Overall, it is a nice hotel with a lot of potential, especially with stronger on-site management.

Everything was as expected. Room was clean, check in was quick and smooth, room has everything we need. Parking spots are a bit small and close together and we have a large SUV, but it worked. Perfect overnight spot.
