Dear Jackie, I am writing to express gratitude towards you for taking the time to notify us about your experience. I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the balcony of the 1 bedroom apartment. Our 1 bedroom apartment has a small balcony and guest must sit in the balcony to enjoy the views. On the other hand, our 3 bedroom apartments and 2 bedroom 2 bathroom executive apartments have bigger balconies and better layout to enjoy the river views
