Very friendly, extremely helpful reception staff. We were even guided to our apartment where everything was explained. Walking distance to sporting arena/ shopping/ casino/ restaurants. Very quiet at night, outside noise couldn’t be heard. Kitchenette had everything that we needed and a full size fridge. Maybe a TV in the bedroom would be nice. Could get your car out of the carpark at any time, didn't need to phone attendant. Pleasant 5 night stay. Would recommend and stay again.

Location great for shopping at DFO. Specifically booked a Riverview but balcony In 1 bedroom was virtually useless, couldn’t see a thing really. Have stayed in much better for a lesser price. Staff at desk were very friendly and polite though.

I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the balcony of the 1 bedroom apartment. Our 1 bedroom apartment has a small balcony and guest must sit in the balcony to enjoy the views. On the other hand, our 3 bedroom apartments and 2 bedroom 2 bathroom executive apartments have bigger balconies and better layout to enjoy the river views

Convenient lift was out of order all weekend. Had to use other lift and walk from opposite end of building to our room.
