Room was clean but tired looking, cheap kmart bedlinen uncomfortable to sleep in no top sheet, no face washers & watered down shampoo & body wash. 3 different places to actually begin your stay, parking 2 blocks away from. Stay but pick up keys a block away from stay difficult when youve packed for more than a nite not as smooth as a hotel. No spa or sauna which i requested on our search and your ad stated there was both even the room had posters stating so but didn't mention floor location & when we asked building manner he knew nothing of it nor did other residents. Our first experience will be our last , i work in the air b& b industry in Port fairy i was disappointed in the Melbourne experience

The accommodation was ok. We were disappointed that even though the booking says there is and the room has notices regarding there being a hot tub, and a sauna, neither of these facilities were available or appeared to even exist in the building complex. In fact the adjacent photo seems to show a spa, but where is it? We asked the host for the information but it was never provided. Attention to cleaning is of an ok standard, generally clean but with dirty windows and dust on sills etc. The beds were comfortable enough but the pillows on the beds were terrible, we found it very hard to sleep. I would like to say thank you for the box of chocolates which were a gift for our son as our trip was a celebration for his birthday, however, some milk in the fridge and some tea bags, not just instant coffee would have been nice. Also there was no hand towel in the bathroom to dry hands with and no soap to wash hands, we bought a pump soap and left it there, hopefully it can be used by the next guests. No tissues either, this would be something I'd expect a host to supply.

The apartment was perfect for a trip to Melbourne. Located near Marvel stadium with lots of shopping, and food options plus a nice little kitchen. Enjoyed the stay. Just a warning though, if you’re afraid of heights it’s maybe not for you.
