Very ‘used’ apartment with stained carpets, blown light gloves and broken dining chair. Location was excellent. Clean towels and amenities and excellent instructions and communication but disappointing standard.

Noisy & cold not serviced

Little things matter, no coffee, very little sugar, missing kitchen rubbish bin (lid but bin removed) no soap in Master Bedroom or kitchen. So l phone, "we will contact the cleaner" l am told, nothing happens to fix these things. No cleaner no contact. A bad cleaner, who knows but nothing can excuse the lack of good blinds in the Bedroom. Half of windows had double blinds but room lit up all night. The flimsy cover of single blinds, no curtains, destroyed any small chance of sleep not broken by street noise. AC didn’t warm the rooms and the street noise was all night and shocking. Management cannot stop morons in trucks sounding loud air horns around 4am both morning's. BUT double glazing or Magnetite at least in Master Bedroom is a minimum to make this place worth the money.

The property was in a good location, only 5 minutes walk to Southgate and the Yarra River. Fabulous pool - we swam everyday. The views just gorgeous - especially early morning and evening. The apartment was spacious and well appointed. Beds comfy and the rooms were a good size - plenty of space for the 5 adults we had staying. Would recommend this apartment for a stay in Melbourne. Excellent communication before and throughout the stay.

The apartment was well located, spacious and well equipped. The carpet and windows could both have done with a clean but otherwise everything was well maintained. We found the check in and check out processes cumbersome and a bit excessive

The location was fantastic. The room had a few issues that were raised during our stay and were not actioned. Rubbish left outside of our room from previous guests, smoke alarm battery beeped through the first night, power points dangerous, front door lock broken, just to name a few.

We liked: Location, well equipped apart from one pan with only one lid. Staff were very helpful. We didn’t like: NO BEDSIDE LIGHTS WORKED. Towels were old, poor quality and rather small. Electric sockets in main bathroom only working intermittently. Fridge door broken on arrival. Basin tap loose and plug inoperative in main bathroom. This apartment is in such a good position and if all the above could be rectified we would be very happy to stay again.

Family city escape

Host was very helpful. Appartment was lovely, clean and comfy and was in a perfect location. Shop down stairs with great food close by. Would definitely stay again. Only complaints were we were unable to connect to wifi, and the shower pressure was a little ordinary.
