We were woken up by workers on our patio area out side our door at 7am on a public holiday. Not happy with that at all

maintenance wasn't up to scratch with broken balcony door and a broken shower screen door, took a while to have the room ready, and we couldn't use our allocated and booked pool time due to pool maintenance.

Rooms were clean and comfortable for a family of 4. Heating excellent lower and upper floor. Had an issue with the fridge leaking and showers in the morning kept going cold on my daughter and husband. Overall a beautiful place to stay with a young family.

Apartment was clean and comfortable. Bedding was insufficient and cot was requested but left for me to assemble without you instructions. the linen provided for the cot looked like it was from the opshop. When I took my 3 children to swim in the pool it was filled with leaves and appeared to be crusted dried vomit splatted along the tiles at the edge. The tiles were so slippery when wet that my 2 year old fell just walking!
