Did not get the room i booked, was not notified about this until i got there, even though i booked 6 months ahead. it was too late for last minute changes and was given a room that didn't have enough beds. The Manager was friendly and assisted, but so much time was lost during this process which clearly could of been preventable. The discount rate was not applied in which i had follow up with numerous times in which they said has been processed. If i hadnt contacted wotif about the discounted amount to be refunded, nothing would of happened from Quest Burwood East.

Terrible. They do not value privacy, for example, if you have the do not disturb sign up they do not care and just come in. I also caught the maintenance guy with his hands on my clothes in the washing machine in the laundry, I asked him what he was doing and he said he was "going to do another rinse on my clothes because he wanted to test the machine". which was absolutely inappropriate and very strange. The staff took no responsibility for this and the maintenance guy came and yelled at me at reception when I complained. The staff didn't believe me, and then blamed me. The staff constantly lied and gaslit, Remy the receptionist was the most like this. They also did not tell me before I stayed that this was a crisis hotel. The dishonest attitude of the staff comes from the director Chris, who took no responsibility for any of this, and was very dishonest and a massive gaslighter.

My stay was great and the l8cation was convenient to where I needed to be. Staff were friendly. Room needed to be vaccumed properly very dirty under bed side tables and carpet needs a good clean throughout.
