We have stayed here before and neither the friendly service nor the quality of accommodation has changed, it's our go to place when stopping off in Christchurch.

Was a lovley place to stay with great facilities and really friendly staff. Left for the day and came back to fresh towels and fashcloths for the next day, with restocked condiments. Over lovely room and had a great stay 5 star review.

Clean and tidy. Key concern was the unsecured wifi connection. Issue was raised with front desk who advised this was all they provided. I held back from taking it further until we stayed at other motels. Each of the latter provided secured internet connections. This motel should as well. I will not be staying at this motel again.
