Great property. Great pool. Amazing large video screens throughout the lobby, restaurant and pool. It's a very modern hotel. A small center w/CVS is 15 min walk & walking anywhere feels very safe. Parking is expensive.

It seems that the hotel was recently renovated the interior is inviting - bright and welcoming. It does seem that the valet service is contracted, since upon arrival, not less than 4 of them decided to keep chatting at their desk rather than coming to see if I planned to valet - which I did. Not a great drive up impression. Check in with Isaac was terrific. He was a total professional, and check in was super smooth. And I liked that he came around the counter to point out the “restaurant” market (it’s more grab and go), and the other features of the hotel. The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable.

there was a surprise incidental fees per day as well as no restaurant nor room service. Too expensive for not being fully functional yet. A car was missing its tires in the parking lot.

Very accommodating staff and Scott worked it out for us where we were able to check in early and as an added perk, allowed us to extend our check out. We had to downgrade but we were graciously compensated.

Loved this hotel, however it’s unfortunate that they done at least have complimentary coffee and a actual breakfast buffet. Real food to enjoy in the morning. Other than that I would recommend!
