"Nice natural setting - the trees across the road"
Overall, the experience was enjoyable and we would come back again. Other comments:- The 'double bed' comprised 2 single beds joined together. While it was okay, it was not ideal. The food at the Cricketer's Arms up the road was very ordinary. We would not eat there again. At the hotel, we had a toasted ham, cheese and tomato sandwich for lunch. The cheese was revolting. It was the orange coloured cheese that you sometimes get with takeaway food! It tasted terrible.

"Fantastic weekend away at QT"
This place is amazing. My husband and I absolutely loved our stay. One minor complaint - the room we stayed in required a blind on the window (which the motel said they are going to fix). We woke very early with the sun streaming through the room. It was lovely, but after a late night, all we wanted to do was sleep in. Like I said, very minor. Other than that, this place has thought of everything.

"Nice room, but very smelly building"
Upon entering, it smelt like there was a major sewerage problem in the foyer. Luckily, the smell did not make it to the 8th floor for my room - but still quite unpleasant to walk in and out of the building for the entire stay.

"easy access to where I was wanting to go"
My check-in was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. After some long travelling and needing somewhere to stay the night while visiting family in the area this motel was ideal for a quick and easy booking. As someone with a slight physical disability and a little anxious, once finalising at reception and being directed to the room, I was told to ask if I needed any further assistance was needed which wasn't however it was nice to be offered with sincerity. Once In the room, it was clean, comfortable, relaxing and safe feel about it. Had a nice long hot shower, felt pampered using thick towels that were beautifully washed and clean. It was the same when it came to sleeping, the bed was so comfortable, clean fresh and nicely made. My sleep was amazing. In the morning, I realised I could of ordered breakfast after reading the motels information book before leaving my room. When I handed the key in at reception they were happy to ring for a taxi when I asked and the woman even waited with me until it had arrived. My stay at Casula Best Western was lovely and when am in need of a place to stay again when having a big family get together I will be returning to stay here again.

"quality service and nice rooms"
the staff were top notch very friendly and helpful. the rooms are new and beds comfy. only complaints were that we were promised 2 kings but instead got a king and 2 singles. other than that the tv remotes were missing back on battery cover which made them a bit dodgy to operate. all in all a really top stay at a reasonable price with plenty of restaurants nearby.
