Excellent accommodation tainted by the car parking experience. I pre-booked and pre-paid for overnight parking but the parking area was full. I had to pay for parking elsewhere - very annoying.

They had major issues when checking in as their system had gone down, not their fault but it would have been better if they had announced it to everyone that was waiting as it was at least a minimum 45 minute wait, Our suite was very clean and every thing that we needed was supplied. The only major issue is their lack of car parking! It is totally insufficient for the size of the hotel. It was extremely frustrating but we were able to find one in the WW Metro side of the carpark but they would have a lot of customers who were unable to find a park.

Very nice room. 2 bed mini-suite. I found it very spacious. The ammenities her good. 2 bathrooms was greatly. Awesome views from the 47th floor. Plenty of food options close by or within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Very happy with our stay.

Great location as it’s super close to the supermarket and train station, plus the mall is only a short walk away too. Room unfortunately was not replenished very well, (coffee pods were left and not restocked, towels weren’t changed), elevators took wayyyyyyy too long we were waiting on average about 5 minutes each time we wanted to use them (only one seems to work at a time, even though they have 6 lifts?). We had a room with an oven but went to use it and there were no oven trays … Upon check in we were told that we would be contacted when our room was ready, but that never happened :( Overall staff were very lovely and helpful (ESPECIALLY the Indian man with glasses who was around the lobby area and Anthony at the front desk was also a star!!)

Yes, felt neglected with zero room service. Staff always busy not to answer call from room. You always have to come down to reception to get anything. Swimming pool was a mess with cigarettes bud in the pool.

The Meriton Parramatta is of the same standard as all the good Meriton hotels. The highlight for me was Declan the front desk supervisor who was so kind and professional. I’d got a parking ticket within the less than 10mins checking in and he was so thoughtful and kind. He helped so very much when I was having the worst type of day.
