Its sad to see your review. All facilities available in the rooms are clearly listed at the time you book. If you have special requirements you should book a selfcontained room with cooking facilities or contact the hotel with any requests prior to arrival. In regards to your third party comment. We do not have the authority to change or modify your booking especially after you have arrived and checked in. I would suggest in future before leaving a terrible review for a property you should check the room type you are booking and if it suits your needs.
