Bed was uncomfortable, very small room and less toiletries (only one soap was provided for shower and wash). AC was not cooling well . Paid for extra bed but that was the same sofa roller bed.

The receptionist was not very helpful and friendly. The rooms were sold saying city views and I couldn’t see any city view . The balcony glasses were all dirty. Bathroom fogs up within a few minutes of shower and the exhaust fan don’t work. No proper signage for pools, gym etc and not even mentioned to us at the check in. Overall we had to guess everything. Probably a good training for the staff would do good for them.

The view from my room was amazing, you can see Sydney Harbour Bridge and the city skyline. Hard to sleep due to the noise coming from the free way. Also I happened to have some loud neighbors. Thanks to the kind staff who assisted me in switching rooms as the next day, I extended my stay and the room initially given to me, the ac wasn't working but the staff were very accomodating in changing our room immediately. i would likely book a stay again in the future ,

Clean room and bathroom. Nice location with a good view and free parking are all I need and you get them all in Rydges Parramatta. Staff are helpful and friendly too.

I used to stay at the travellodge around the corner but the staff were not friendly I found the staff at the rydges were friendly and very accommondating will be back next year
