Very clean and spacious hotel in a desirable yet quiet part of the city. Concert venues were nearby and easy to get to. Lots of things to do in the area such as shop and eat plenty. We had room service the first night..lasagna was good however the fish & chips were average. Both meals were served only warm and I thought that was because it was room service. We dined at Champs on Sunday night and both of us had the sirloin chips and salad. One steak was good the other a bit chewy. The meals were only warm when served and I had to ask for my meal to be heated up in the microwave also the gravy was only just warm. The meals were served on cold plates which is not ideal. Lastly the restaurant area was quite cold and we needed to put a jacket on to be a bit more comfortable We had breakfast the second morning after reading reviews on how good it was, however it was just average. Maybe because it was Monday and a public holiday however not impressed. The barista made coffee was lovely but was not included in the breakfast. Thank you to the young barista!
