I liked the decor & location & ease of arrival & key access for out of hours. Room was clean & pleasant & well priced. I didn’t like that the shower door can’t close unless you open the bathroom door, and wish there was a couple of extra power points for more than one device. Hot water needs turning down a bit, very dangerous for children.

what I didnot like was being woken at 230am by people screaming and yelling in the pool and running up and down past our room and he slamming of doors which went on for another 2 hours

Best service ever.

We booked for 7 nights. On our second night there was a storm which showed our room had a leak. Once the staf were informed they moved us to another room exactly the same. On our fifth night I got bad news from home and when I told them that we would be leaving a day early, they were so great and offered a credit for the last night and wished us all the best with our situation at home. Absolutely the best service I have ever had from any company whether it was an accommodation or even retail company. Keep up the brilliant service guys, we’ll be back for sure.

I really like my stayed at Carrum Downs motel. The atmosphere is very friend and the motel is very clean and the facility has a kitchen with all the utensils and pots to cook, which was very convenient for me. Definitely I will be there more times.

I have stayed at this property numerous times. This time on a 5 night stay I was given a room with a very noisy air conditioner. Further, the settings on this air conditioner were very limited. The weather was hot and without air-conditioning because of the noise, the room was very uncomfortable at night. The sink was inoperable because the plug did not engage. VERY DISAPPOINTING this time.

Property was easily accessible with parking options. Took us a while to find the property because of the name “Insignia”. Close to the main highway and budget friendly motel. Place is clean and tidy and has been well attended.
