Staying at this property was a nightmare. After checking in, other guests entered our room as they had been provided keys. Thankful I was in the room at the time as it was such a breach of security and privacy. After telling those guests it was in fact our room as we had already settled in and had keys of our own, they left to speak to our reception. Then upon returning to accomm after night out, our keys had been disabled to our room so we could not gain acess. It was after hours, so had to call out of hours number and wait for security. I note our neighbouring guests were waiting in reception for the same reason. Then, while waiting for an extensive period of time for security on the reception furniture, unbeknownst to us at the time, my partner had been sitting in someone's blood (I assume period). When complaining in person they said the only reason she couldn't process the full refund on the spot was because it was booked through wotif. After an incredible amount of time liaising with wotif, they finally contacted the property and the property said they would only do a partial refund because 'they put us in another room' - which never happened. I expected nothing short of a full refund for a stay which was absolutely disappointing from start to end.

Very nice location. Easy to navigate around the city for people who aren’t used to the city. Very clean, great for a short or long stay, has everything you would need. Very friendly staff. Really enjoyed our stay.

Clean and comfy bed. Shame the bathroom door didn’t shut … and lock was never going to work - wrong type of lock on sliding door ….
