Location of this hotel is exceptional. Proximity to the Airport and transportation is a massive bonus. Outlet Mall close by and easy trip by rail into Vancouver. Staff friendly and approachable. Would have enjoyed more time here and if heading back to Canada will definitely stay again.

The pool on a weekend full of guests no one to manage the towels and it took 1.5 HR to get towels for guests in a cold pool. Parking is far to walk to not at all convenient

The room was excellent. Up graded to a suite. Very nice, clean and comfortable. Easy access to airport on the sky train. We did note that there was not much to do if you don’t want to use the casino. Some very nice (expensive) restaurants in the hotel. The food court is within the casino so no kids. Seems odd to me.

When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to discover that our room have been upgraded, which was a lovely. Overall, the staff are friendly and courteous. A couple of minor areas that could use a little more attention would be the bathtub. Had some mould around the faucet and it would be nice to see the rooms touched up with paint and such to keep them looking their absolute best
