I enjoyed my stay. The room was in good condition and the bathroom was so clean. I did not like the fact that my neighbors had a dog that they left in the room-only-most of the time. Poor puppy! Kept crying during the day. I booked a room in this hotel because it is of walking distance from the convention center. It was also half the price compared to the other hotels close by the convention center. Although it was of walking distance to the convention center, it’s not a safe walk; drivers are not courteous to walkers and the side walks are of poor condition. I ended paying Uber for rides. Wished the walking conditions were disclosed.

Room has bad smell (smoking, pets maybe). Bathroom roof leaking. One of the female staff is very rude when answering questions. Room is not cleaned thoroughly, air conditioner not working. Bought breakfast rate, but there do not offer breakfast. Generally a scam hotel, be cautious.

The hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Vary clean and modern. Unfortunately we had what sounded like a Bachelorette party in the room next-door. I definitely wouldn't fault the hotel for that it's just dumb luck. We will stay there again and would recommend it to anyone.
