Staff was the greatest across the whole resort! Max from El Bar de La Calle was the greatest ever bartender. All the restaurants were great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We could not be any happier with our stay and it really set the bar high for any other hotel to top our experience.

I truly can’t put into words how incredible this place is. Of course it was absolutely beautiful with amazing food, but it was the staff that set it above all others. Everybody was caring and attentive from the moment we checked in. Our room was always freshened up (we loved the turn down service) and were always greeted with a smile and hand on heart. A huge shout out to the entire entertainment team who kept my friends and I laughing and vibing the entire time, rain or shine, day and night! The pool area was great. Laid out well. Activities and things during the day. Staff was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious especially for an all inclusive. We had some incredible meals that compare to city restaurants!

The stay was great. Food fantastic. Beach was 8 out of 10. The checking was terrible. We had flown several hours to get there and a thinly veiled “private check in” was really up selling to a 90 minute presentation for a free massage. When we told Cinthia no several times and went to have a drink she chased us over and was very aggressive.

This hotel is amazing!!! The decor is beautiful and blends in with the area. The rooms are spacious and uber clean. That shower gives you the hottest shower ever. The restaurants are so good with the food being amazing!!! The drinks are very good with my favorites coming from the cantina. The star is amazing from the porters to the bartenders to our favorite butler Armando. There is only one downside: there seems to be lower key nightlife. But if you’re all about food, drink, and sun than it’s the place for you!!!

The food was the best I’ve ever had at an all inclusive resort along with the variety they offered. The rooms we beautiful and they did an excellent job of keeping it clean. The staff was the most friendly and helpful I’ve encountered. A hot stone massage is a must! Thank you helping us have a beautiful weeding anniversary trip. We will be back.

Everything was AMAZING! Extremely clean, smelled amazing and the service is top! Carlos and Luis from Mercado 19 breakfast were amazing and ernesto in limon y sal super attentive, already planning to go back ! Made our honeymoon perfect
