The food was incredible and the service was great as well. The pool was extremely relaxing and the beach was beautiful. The room was very cozy and comfortable. The tv was not good at all. Really needs an upgrade with streaming services options. Outside of just Hispanic TV since the majority of your people at the resort are American. An amazing experience that my wife and I loved, thanks so much!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this resort. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. They even surprised me with a birthday cake, which made the celebration so memorable. A special thank you to Ruben, who went the extra mile to help me recover my iPad after I had accidentally left it behind his kindness and dedication really stood out. We also treated ourselves to the spa, and it was such a relaxing experience. The facial was amazing and left me feeling completely refreshed. The entire staff was so nice, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Every detail, from the service to the atmosphere, made the experience unforgettable. The resort was very relaxing with a calm atmosphere, The staff was amazing! Angel in the pool area and Sergio in Basmati restaurant provided the best service we have ever received! Housekeeping was also the best, our rooms were serviced twice daily. Other than the breakfast buffet, the food was not up to our expectations, between 4-6 there is no restaurant open. They did not allow floats in the pool, only ones they provided which were very limited! Even with the amazing service, I would not return due to food!
