The resort itself is cozy, well-maintained, and in a good location. The food was good, and the staff—especially servers and housekeeping—were professional and friendly. If our experience had ended there, this would have been a solid stay. Unfortunately, what ruined the trip entirely was the so-called “VIP card” presentation, which was misleading and aggressively pushed on us. We were told this would be a 90-minute presentation about a referral-style VIP card. In reality, it turned into nearly four hours of high-pressure sales tactics to get us to invest money into their vacation ownership program. We repeatedly tried to leave and were met with resistance, constant pressure, and guilt tactics. It felt forceful and extremely uncomfortable. This was especially frustrating because we were only there for four days, celebrating my wife’s 30th birthday, and we lost half a day of our vacation to this. The presentation tactics felt deceptive, not transparent. They intentionally overprice activities, services, and amenities to make it seem like the VIP card would save you a massive amount of money. That “savings” is misleading and designed to push you into a long-term financial commitment. Do not fall for it. Important advice to future guests: Decline the VIP card and any “presentation.” If you do, you’ll likely have a great time at the resort. If you don’t, be prepared for aggressive sales pressure that can seriously ruin your stay.

Our room was great! But the staff definitely trumped all the amenities. Everyone is happy and helpful and says "its a pleasure". I do think that is really what stood out to me.

Place was very nice, we enjoyed all the restaurants, the staff was very kind and did an awesome job! My only complaint is the water for the showers in our room was usually not very warm, couple times a chilly shower.

The hotel is beautiful,the room service is great,several refreshments one day. The staff is amicable and professional. The gym is great.I am not satisfied with several things: 1. Too much noise from the machines outside the hotel and neighboring hotel,especially at night. And the passing motorcycles make large noise. If you are sensitive to noise when asleep,this hotel may not suitable . 2. Number of restaurants is not enough.Only 1 serving breakfast. The restaurant serving international food is closed during my 6 nights stay. No explanation. So no asian food is served , which makes me very unhappy.

The rooms are nice, and the food is excellent here. However, the staff is what makes this resort shine. We've stayed here twice and both times the excellent staff members have made the stay memorable and enjoyable!

The staff was amazing, the rooms were beautiful, and the food was great! Overall service was a 10/10 and the villa is so relaxing, even with the kid area. All inclusive was worth it!

We loved our January vacation here. The staff was so kind, the kids club was a blast, and the all inclusive package was wonderful to have during our stay. The beach was clean and the pools were warm!
