This resort was all that you can imagine. It is just like the pictures. The All Inclusive is a must have. The service at the restaurants were the best. The servers were really attentive. We did come during hurricane season. It was as if we had the place to ourselves. We will definitely be returning.

Must book! We had the most amazing stay here at Villa Del Palmer Cancun. The staff was spectacular. It was fun, clean, and safe. For three adults and one 10 year old there was plenty of things for us all to do. Truly an epic vacation. Santiago and Otikio were so helpful in helping us to plan activities/ book dinners and make sure our vacation was epic!

From the moment we arrived, we were treated exceptionally well. Luis at the front desk was amazing. He was warm, friendly and kind! The rooms big and clean. Food was amazing and tasty. Service top notch. Always polite and with a smile. Raul at the pool was just awesome! I don’t have a negative comment about our stay.

The staff was very helpful. Everytime we needed any additional towels, or bedding they were at our door quick. We enjoyed all the restaurants. Our poolside server Renan, was by far one of the best servers we had the pleasure of assisting us during our 6 night stay. He was still very attentive while assisting others and even greeted us by name. Our family really enjoyed our time at Villa del Palmar.

The room we had was amazing with ocean front views and resort is very family friendly which I loved. The food options were ok. The buffet could use an upgrade with more options of foods, different pastries and cakes. It was same everyday and it gets boring. I didn’t like the fact that you have to sign a receipt each time you eat something. Waste of time to be signed out after your done eating and constantly tipping on total bill in % which really adds up. We were tipping like $30 -$40 on meals and separate for pool side. I have done all inclusive before and this wasn’t my experience. I hated that part. Don’t mind tipping but it shouldn’t be asked for which was constantly being done. Paid a lot for all inclusive and should be something we do willingly and not asked for every time we eat something. Otherwise it was good experience.
