Good food options, easy access to beach and great selection of pools! Pool areas were wonderful. Would be nice if there was a public hot tub. Not much to do if weather is bad. Also would be nice to have hot showers. Loved this place.

This property was great plenty of options for restaurants and loved that only 2 required reservations. There are plenty of bars but do wish that at least 1 swimming option with a bar would have been open later than 6pm. Overall loved this resort and can not wait to go back!

The property is self is beautiful the staff are rude customer service is poor and the food is horrible. When I complained about the staff I was ask to basically sign a NDA saying I can’t share anything that happened and if they want to I can be asked to leave the property I definitely didn’t sign it I was asked by thr manager of guest service Carla after refusing I was targeted I woke up to know running water in my room it was a overall bad experience I have videos and pictured and recording off the staff being racist. I wasn’t treated the same as I he Caucasian guest

Wi book a couple massages for our anniversary in the spa , not what we spect hight price for the service you get But we were very happy with everything else we love the room the food the shows , and all the stuff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back again.

I stayed at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres to celebrate my birthday, and it turned out to be one of the best trips we’ve ever taken. The resort itself is stunning, the rooms are spotless, and the staff truly go above and beyond. We received some of the best service we’ve ever experienced. The beach is beautiful, clean, and so relaxing, and the food was consistently excellent — every meal felt like a special experience. A special thank you to Krystel from Guest Services, who took such wonderful care of us throughout our stay. They made me feel special throughout the entire trip. What really warmed our hearts was that once Krystel found out our baby was turning two months old, she surprised us again with a sweet decoration and a complimentary cake at dinner. It was such a beautiful and personal gesture that made the celebration even more memorable. This was an unforgettable experience for our family, and we’re already planning our next visit. I highly recommend Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres to anyone looking for exceptional service, a gorgeous beach, amazing food, and a truly memorable getaway!

I loved the accommodations. Some things in my room did not work but they worked to fix it. The steamer was broken. The remotes had no batteries and my jacuzzi only had cold water. Other than that, all the dining options were amazing. My only complaint is that the nightlife is pretty boring. Everything was closed up by 2am. We were there for a wedding and two of the nights we really wanted to hang out for a bit longer but was asked to leave the pool/bar/club area prior to 2. Kind of corny to be a kill joy. Food was amazing. Great options and tasty. I loved the all white party.

There are no dinner reservations required for all of the restaurants with the exception of the Japanese Kabuki. We like that there is an option to enjoy the pool by the Glee bar if you want a more quiet atmosphere. The staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. A special thank you to Johnson at the Glee Bar we travel quite a bit and have never had such an attentive bar tender. A special thank you to Aida at the Flavor buffet and the Casa del Mar restaurant for providing us with excellent customer service. A special thank you to Tomas the waiter at the Plaza Bar during the Mexican Fiesta. He was very attentive and provided excellent customer service.
