When we complaint about the noise of the next door construction and the dirty hot top, the person helping us at the front desk had an attitude. Also, when we checked in they assigned a room that was already occupied. That could have been a disaster, luckily the people in the room were dressed when we entered the room.

Absolutely gorgeous resort!!! The beach is beautiful in this area. Staff were so nice and food and drinks were amazing!!!! Lots of entertainment daily and nightly. We had a fantastic time and can't wait to go back. We loved it!!!!

This is a beautiful property and the service was excellent. There are good food options and a real range of foods available. We felt it was very good value for the money. There is however not much to do in the area and nowhere to walk to in the area. If you want to see more of the area, a car is required; however, the roads are not great. If you want a resort holiday with a great beach and a very pleasant environment this fits the bill.

This was our 2nd stay at the resort. Once again we were impressed. Food was delicious, drinks were strong and the nightly entertainment was excellent. I would highly recommend.

We went to a Bar in the 18 plus area. We are in our 60’s, but were told we couldn’t be there because we had the wrong wristbands. In order to be at that side of the resort we needed to spend more money and pay for “The Club” area rooms. It was ridiculous!! Everyone went to the same restaurants.

We loved our swim up suite. The property is somewhat large but there are many pools and bars so it never seemed too crowded. The beach area is beautiful and also wasn’t overly crowded. The staff was amazing. Special shoutout to Miguel, our swimup bartender. We’re definitely thinking about coming back!

This resort is a beautiful place and service is amazing everyone from the front of the house to the back Jose took our bag to our was very attentive actually the entire time we where at this place always asking if we needed anything truly an amazing person the restaurant had impeccable service and the food was so good A GREAT PLACE TO SPEND TIME AWAY

Engaged, friendly staff. Butler Gustavo quickly addressed any concerns. Beautiful property. Although the resor5 was full it never felt crowded.
