We really enjoyed the healthy options at the buffet for breakfast and lunch. The restaurants were all excellent. The staff is very friendly everywhere. A special shoutout to our butler Enrique for being such a great help and always quick to respond and make our stay the best possible.

La estancia fue asombrosa , espectacular , nos encantó a mi esposo y a mi . Fuimos a celebrar mi cumpleaños y fueron muchas las sorpresas en la habitación y en el hotel. La limpieza espectacular . Las personas muy agradables . El servicio excelente . La recreación con variadas opciones. La comida muy variada . La atención de Kristel fue muy dedicada y esmerada es una persona muy agradable que ama su trabajo y complace a los clientes con su amabilidad . Siempre pendiente a complacernos en nuestra estancia . Our butler, Yuri Corona was exceptional. She went above and beyond everyday with a big smile. Please request her if visiting this resort. You won’t regret it! Also a quick shout out to Luis the bartender at the Club Pool, let’s just say he knows how to make the amazing delicious drinks and we really enjoyed our days together. Very clean resort. :)

This is a great option for someone looking to have some quiet relaxation, as well as opportunities to let loose and have a great time. Misael is an amazing bartender! He makes such great drinks and is a joy to be around. Eduardo on the entertainment team keeps things fresh, exciting and engaging. The restaurants are amazing with absolutely delicious food, but if you need a snack in the evening don’t hesitate to go see Guadalupe at McJestic. He is making incredible food, you just need to make sure you ask him for the “special quesadilla”. It was an amazing trip and we will be coming back!
