I had an amazing experience at this resort from start to finish. The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, and the atmosphere was relaxing the entire time. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of — everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the food and drinks were excellent with plenty of options. There were lots of activities to enjoy, but it was also the perfect place to just relax and unwind. Overall, it was a memorable stay and I would definitely come back and recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great vacation.

Excellent trip from check in to check out!!! We stayed adult side with a swim out room (bld 2000 & 4000 sun, 1000 & 3000 shade most of the day). Shout to bartender Victor at Soothe bar. He took great care of us all week. Definitely would stay again.

The room is fantastic, spacious and quiet. The staff are all amazing and nice. I tried all the restaurants and food was good. I will say the buffet could use a variation, change it up (something new everyday) it’s a lot of repetition for breakfast and lunch. Other than that it’s a nice resort.

Best resort i’ve ever stayed at!! everyone was so kind and fun!! the food is amazingg and there’s varieties. we had so much fun and I will definitely be there again when visiting Cancun. They made all of my comments and wishes come true and helped us have the most amazing experience there!

We loved our stay at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres with our family and would absolutely recommend it. The service was excellent, the food was very good, and the staff were always looking for ways to make our stay even better. The beach is close to the hotel, super clean, and easy to enjoy anytime. We truly can’t say enough good things about the hotel and the dining—we’re definitely planning to return!

Just returned from a beautiful vacation at the Majestic Elegance at Costa Mujeres! This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this resort, and there's a reason I keep coming back. The customer service and hospitality are 20/10. Our Guest Ambassador, Krystel treated us like family and continued to make our stay beyond memorable. We LOVE her!! Some staff that really stood out to us were Barbara, Angel, Juan (the BEST server i've ever had) and Sandoval, Alvero the Chef was incredible. Food was truly amazing. the staff really go out of their way for your comfort. The spa was incredible as well. I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone at this resort. See you very soon!!!

We were returning guests and also visiting to celebrate our honeymoon. The hotel is very nice but very expensive at the same time. We were mostly disappointed with the honeymoon package. Other than spa access, we did not really receive anything meaningful from it. We arrived on December 25th, and the hotel was about half empty. I had messaged the hotel in advance to inform them of our arrival and to ask if the room could be ready, but it was not. We were only able to check in around 3:00 PM because no one was occupying the room yet there was no honeymoon setup at all. I even had to ask them to place a honeymoon banner on the door. The lady at check-in was not very welcoming and unfortunately refused almost everything we were told we were entitled to as honeymoon guests. This made the first impression quite disappointing, especially for such a special occasion. We also upgraded our room and paid $2,200 for the upgrade. According to the hotel website, we should have been eligible for a complimentary upgrade to the next category, but at check-in we were told we had to pay extra. Early check-in and late check-out should honestly be removed from the honeymoon package description there is never availability. The romantic breakfast included in the honeymoon package was also underwhelming. It was just a regular room service breakfast not a floating breakfast or anything special. This is something any guest can order any day, so it didn’t feel like a honeymoon benefit at all.

Very poor service. Everything breaks,no pool towels, no staff on the beach, no hot water,shower was not working. Hotel doesn’t have a heater. In the evening it was very cold in the room and the hotel can offer me only a comforter. The only person who is working and really good is our butler name Katia. I spoke to different managers who barely speak English.
