Iā€™ve been to couple all inclusive hotels in Cancun before and so far this was my least favorite one. First of all for a family of four they gave us a room with two single beds!!! We had to put the beds together in order to make room for all. The other option was a room with a king bed. The food was ok but not great. The drinks were also average. Even the kids club was not very fun for kids. I am just comparing to the other hotels and didnā€™t enjoy it as much as I did before. I wouldnā€™t go back there again.

This is a larger resort with a lot of walking and stairs. If you have a member of your party with mobility issues I suggest bringing or renting a scooter. There are four elevators, one in each corner. My parents have mobility issues, and we didnā€™t have a scooter so there were a lot of breaks. There isnā€™t a lot for the kids to do aside from the pool or the beach. We didnā€™t use the kids club, the water at the water parks was very cold. We went there the first day and didnā€™t go back. We had a wonderful vacation, the staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The lady at the towel stand worked so hard every day. I really appreciated her. Given the opportunity I would however choose a different resort with more kids activities. Thatā€™s where I am at in life though. Other resorts have video game lounges and trampoline parks for when a heat break is needed for the kids and this resort didnā€™t have those types of amenities that cater to families.

Rooms, dining area, pool area and beach/ grounds were lovely. Hallways were strangely low end feeling. Almost like an old hospital kind of feeling. Food was just ok, sometimes really good but sometimes not good at all. Buffet for breakfast and lunch with a L.A. crates offered at dinner. Drinks werenā€™t great either at times, although the staff were pleasant and worked hard and grounds were quite clean.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The room was large compared to other all-inclusives that we've stayed at. Everything was very clean, and there was a lot of attention to detail. The beach area was very private and beautiful, and the waterpark was a nice addition. There were a lot of food options, which was great for our kids. Make sure you show up early in the evening to get a reservation for the restaurants. However, buffet option was always available. Only issues were food was salty and the entertainment could have been better, but this did not necessarily decrease our rating.

Amazing property, very clean hotel, food was good but no variety, the service lacked in friendliness, for food areas everything was on a strict time limit and if u came late for anything there was no grace for anything, and the staff was very rude about that, but absolutely beautiful clean hotel with amazing shows!

Food was ok, it was hard to get into the restaurants and every restaurant had, except 2 had a buffet. All of the eating places were very loud, with tables being moved and plates hitting each other. There were no food options on the beach.

Staff entered our room and gathered our belongings, moved them to another room, without our knowledge or consent. Girl at front desk, lied and denied having a conversation with us. General Manager stood by her side, said we we lying and they did nothing wrong. A simple apology and acknowledgment of the situation would have been appreciated. Luna, the General Manager was a horrible host. Couldnā€™t even make a meeting that she set on Tim. I had to wait 15 extra minutes.
