Absolutely amazing time at Catalonia Grand Costa Mujeres! The resort was clean & beautiful, the pools were gorgeous with plenty of spots for lounging including cabanas. The beach was stunning! There were always friendly servers to bring drinks no matter where you sat outside along with swim up and beach bars. I loved the aqua gym class they offered everyday and especially one of the teachers, Joe. The shows at night were pretty enjoyable, especially the Michael Jackson. We absolutely loved the food & drinks! Such a great variety of everything. The pasta at dinner and the tacos were unbelievable and my favorite was the fresh baked pastries , especially the croissants every morning. Drinks were delicious. There’s really only one thing I would suggest and that’s providing a shuttle to and from the airport. We truly enjoyed our time!

The hotel was just ok. when we checked in the staff said that my reservation was booked only for one person. $3000 for 1 person? I was then charged another. $330 usd per night (5 total nights) to add my wife to the booking. For the price of this so called 5 star hotel. It was nothing special. Limited options for food, cocktails open at 11am and close at 6pm, so only the lobby bar was open until 11pm. Also a non smoking resort. Anyways, not worth it! 3 stars .

The food wasn't good at all - we tried multiple restaurants, and at all of them the food was either extremely undercooked (rice, meat, etc) or just very bland. The spa was really nice, but I was expecting a little nicer from the resort. The main pool and beach are also extremely loud - there is loud music playing constantly at the main pool from a very large speaker, and the beach also has EDM music playing. Not very relaxing.

I would say this place used to be (probably) on a high end and gave an amazing customer service. We didn;t experience that, except few occasions. Majority of staff really do an average job. Again, this is not a bad place to stay, nothing major to complain. However, we most likely will choose another place next time.

Service was amazing, staff always smiley and ready to help. The property has good facilities, the rooms are big and everything is well maintained. The sea is a lovely blue but can be windy at times. You need a taxi to explore the surrounding areas but we used uber and it was relatively easy.

What a Beautiful place to Stay! Costa Mujeres has the Best Beaches in Cancun and Every restaurant was Very Good! Just make sure you reserve your dinners early cause they fill up quick

The beach and general eara was clean and beautiful. The problem was we had 2 times flood in our room and they just gave us a privilege of using all facilities but when we asked for compensation of some refunds for our trip, they told us they can't because we booked our trip through Expedia not directly from them.

Everything and everyone was very pleasant. The restaurants were really good and all the staff and events were amazing. Fun night club, nice pools and a very clean and well organized establishment.

There were kids everywhere and most often they were not using the kids club or kids pool. Regardless of what time or restaurant we ate at, there were strollers and kids all around us. Not our idea of a relaxing vacation, so we won’t be back.
