Food in the restaurants need to be improved. Got Montezuma’s revenge after eating a salad. But the beach is absolutely amazing, and they serve you on the beach, vacation time!

The property was absolutely beautiful!! The room was huge, bed was very comfortable. The beach was so stunning and clean, waves were a bit intense. Buffet was great with a lot of options even for breakfast. Everything was easily accessible. Coffee shop was lovely. Crepes were yummy. We enjoyed Bloved restaurant. On our 2nd last day they seemed to have some electric issues power went out but came back within a few seconds. We celebrated my parents birthday with a group of 7. Servers were very kind and helped accomodate to our requests esp with getting a cake last minute for their bday however service wasn't the best at restaurants there was always items missing in our order & wud have to wait a long time to receive some orders. It was quite difficult to get reservations for dinner even though we tried to book everything as quick as possible. Regardless we had such a wonderful time & would definitely recommend visiting this property.

Favorite resort I have been too! Top quality rooms that are spacious and beautiful! Staff is amazing and helpful, and the food is actually good here. My favorite is the property, it is beyond gorgeous and the landscaping is top tier.

Not a 5 star by far, very compact, small pools and tons of toddlers!! Counted 15 toddlers in pool one day, no adult areas at all. Pools way too small for the amount of people there, overcrowded and it was off season. Food in restaurants was ok but Buffett was below average for a 5 star...3.5 at best. No she at the beach! the 10 chairs that had tarps over them had no beach view, hidden behind dunes! Better value for money at other resorts IMHO.

We had a Great stay . The food was amazing and the service from everyone was amazing. Most restaurants for dinner are by reservations only except the buffet. The steak house is a challenge to get a reservation. Overall a great experience. I will definitely be back

This was our second time staying at this property and it was a wonderful experience yet again. The food is really good, including in the buffet, with lots of options throughout the resort. The staff is friendly and provide great service. The facilities are modern and clean and offer a spa like experience, even when you are in your guest room. We look forward to returning again next year!

I here with a friend for 4 days and we had a GREAT time. The purpose of the trip was to relax and that we did, we also had fun given all the amenities/activities offered on the resort. It is clean, staff is friendly and the architecture is aesthetically pleasing for pictures. To add to it, it is right near the beach with beach bars in the surrounding, in addition to ghe buffet and restaurants they have food trucks with tacos, wings etc. The only downside is that room service app did not work snd claimed to be 24 hours but when we ordered tea at 12am it never came. The app should be updated for glitches. Overall very nice and secure. Totally recommend.

Beautiful property, many of the staff members were exceptional and the food was amazing! Adelitas was our favorite but the steak house, Tao and habachi gril place were also fantastic. My husband and 13vo enjoyed everything. I miss the buffet already, the fresh OJ and bf potatoes wow! Room for improvement: more desserts and coffee, Pool temp. Was a bit chillier than I would like, but it was April. Overall fantastic. Oh the disco is at the sports bar & grill at night.

The property had changed a lot since out last stay! After 6 months we came back again and the staff is horrible! At the buffet the waiter and the some of the cooks have a terrible attitude!

The hotel is pretty new and well maintained. The grounds are pretty and spacious. Two nice pools, beautiful beach. Jony the Pool and Beach manager was very helpful in answering some of our questions about restaurants and transportation. Gustavo at the Beloved restaurant was very attentive and nice. Nightly shows were great, as well as the bands and activities each night. I recommend this resort especially if you take the preferred suite. Well worth it.

The staff was great and very helpful. The restaurants were somewhat difficult to reserve and one we weren't even able to get into because it was full...even though it was part of our package for the all inclusive. I would have liked more gym activities like Pilates and tennis

Rooms are beautiful. Couldn't get a quiet room - HAD to be by one of the pools (both are loud). Beach is incredible. Food is excellent. We loved our stay overall and would return. Wouldn't use Shuttle Central again - they kept us waiting for an hour upon arrival - scary. Resort is very nice - wish bars opened at 10am like other resorts. Hard to find drinking water early morning, so make sure you have more than enough when you go to bed. Swim-out rooms are very nice. We used our pool everyday. Beautiful spot. Would enjoy more if adult only.

Everything was great except for the dinning situation. Make sure you are making your reservation for the next night by 8am sharp or you will be eating at the buffet the entire stay.
