The resort was amazing. The food was excellent and the resort views were unreal. We spent a week there and wished we could have stayed longer. We went over to the Tierra Luna Forum to complete the walking tour at El Meco. danced to "The Juanras" Live Band (the music was so good) and participated in Aqua Zumba. I don't understand how Villa Del Parma and Garza Blanca are connected but we had a wonderful time. The food from the buffet to the specialty restaurants were outstanding and the staff very very kind. The beach area is smaller but well kept.

Best! Time Ever

An incredible stay! The staff was exceptionally friendly, making us feel right at home. This was our first long trip after COVID, and choosing this place made it all worthwhile. The beachfront location was stunning, offering breathtaking views and easy access to jet skiing right on-site. Plus, the ferry was just a short two-minute walk away, making transportation a breeze. Truly a home away from home!

Definitely a wonderful place to take family or just you and your spouse. My husband took me there for my birthday and all we can think about is how our grandson would’ve loved the pool and beach. The property is on the beachfront so definitely nice to walk out to your room and just a a few steps away from the beach.

Very clean, excellent service and friendly staff, tasty and delicious food but limited dining options. Wait times for breakfast were long but we were able to get room service included in the all-inclusive plan. No night activities/shows and very limited entertainment.

Even though it was all inclusive they wrote bills for each meal and solicited tips. The front desk told me tips were not included in all inclusive. There were no guidelines on tipping, but on our first day I hadn't noticed the tip line the waiter wasn't shy about complaining. After that I tipped everyone, so 7-nights, 3-measl per day family of 6 I ended up leaving $235 in tips just for meals ($5 for buffet and fast food-like meals, $10 for full service and $20 for the 2 ultra gourmet restaurants). Like I said I have no idea if they're all cursing behind me or pleased. If tips were supposed to be any higher than that I'd suggest it get written into the price estimate.

Disappointing Experience – Poor Service & Long Wait Times I had a frustrating experience at Villa del Palmar. When my flight was canceled, I asked the front desk for assistance, but instead of offering any solutions, they only provided an option that was far too expensive. There was no empathy or willingness to help. To make things worse, I booked another room through Expedia after the front desk assured me it would be ready by 1 PM due to my child's sensitivity to the water. However, after booking, they changed their response and told me check-in wouldn’t be available until later in the afternoon. This lack of honesty and organization was very frustrating. Additionally, the resort seemed poorly managed. The buffet wait times were excessive—every morning, I waited at least 30 minutes just to get a table. This was not what I expected from a place that claims to offer a relaxing experience. Overall, the lack of customer care, misleading information, and long wait times left me very disappointed. I would not recommend this resort.

This was a nice resort with friendly staff but don’t let the concierge staff convince you into doing a “no pressure” VIP breakfast or lunch sales pitch at the resort next door. It was a very stressful and disappointing experience I had to go through with my kids and wrecked the carefree vibes of having a vacation at an all inclusive resort. I would not go back.

The staff made you feel like you’re a rock star we loved that. The only think is the shower tub was not cleaned very well and the sheets had stains before we sleep on the bed. Otherwise everything else was amazing .

As soon as we arrived they were pushy trying so sell us tours. I paid for All-inclusive but everything was NOT included. Tequila an redbulls is not inclusive. They said anything premium is not included. WHAT! They push to sell you food that they charge for, for example, fish. The hotel is next to the beach and you charge for food that people look for. Their menus are minimal. When housekeeping came they didn't sweep. I noticed because under the table was wrappers. The hotel was nice but we certainly will not return.
