This was one of the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life, and I normally travel weekly out of the country. They had bedbugs in the bed. The workers were very rude and scammed us out of our money. The shower are not clean at all. They were full of sand from the previous people that were in the room like it was a beach inside the shower. The tub water came out black or green. They definitely have a plumbing problem because the toilet also didn’t work and they did not do anything for the inconvenience. I give this place -5 star needs to go under new ownership or management. Please be aware and don’t book any activities because 100%. They are going to scam me out of your money. We booked a trip to Xcaret and they dropped us off somewhere else. They also need to get a food quality check because their food gave us food poisoning. And it’s disgusting PLEASE BEAWARE OF THIS RESORT DONT RECOMMEND

We loved our stay at Beloved. This resort provided a laid-back vibe we were desperately in need for. If you're looking for somewhere with nightlife... this resort is not for you. We loved the taco truck & the food was above average. It would have been nice to have an area we could grab casual bites. The staff were polite & were always eager to assist. We'll definitely be back.

This was our second year at Beloved. We returned because it's a beautiful resort that is small and relatively quiet. The food is really good overall and all of the staff members are incredible. Truly I wish I could recognize each fantastic staff member here but there are too many to write. We would highly recommend staying here for a relaxing vacation.

Our room was amazing, we really enjoyed our own plunge pool, we liked the view. The staff did a great job in keeping our room clean and the turn down/evening turn down service is a nice touch. Very clean property, quiet and relaxing. Staff were very accommodating. Little nightlife, not the place for “party people”. The air conditioning is set to run approximately 73-77 degrees, we asked for a fan because it was way too hot to sleep. They have pillow options, if you don’t like yours they have several to choose from just ask. We were surprised that there is little privacy for the toilet in the rooms. A swinging glass door that is comparable to what you’d see in a store, open at the top and bottom. Not very romantic! Four restaurants for dinner, only 2 open each night. The food was good, I don’t eat anything spicy or seafood so limited options for me. Beach was clean with plenty of seating options. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Beloved but the lack of privacy in the bathroom and the air conditioning would hinder a return to their property.

Absolutely beautiful resort with the sweetest staff! We were there during seaweed season, but their beach was clean and swimmable when nowhere remotely close was.

In general, good resort. Couple things we didn’t like. No buffet options at all, no straws available at all! And you can’t even put a swim suit to dry on your own balcony, I literally got a phone call in 3 minutes to my room from front desk?!! Almost too creepy, felt like they watch everybody all the time!

Beloved Playa Mujeres is hands-down one of the most exceptional adults-only resorts we’ve ever visited. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. Dining was a standout—delicious, diverse, and beautifully presented at every restaurant. The service throughout the resort is flawless; staff members go above and beyond without ever being intrusive. The spa experience was world-class, especially the hydrotherapy circuit. We stayed for 5 days at Beloved and we absolutely loved it! My only complaint was that the dining options were limited as I am gluten free. We loved the breakfast buffet, but every other restaurant had one or two options. I don’t consider myself very picky but it was mediocre. My fiancé loved the food, so I guess it depends on your taste! The drinks were GREAT! And strong! We aren’t big drinkers but we definitely indulged on vacation and it had us both out of it for sure. Overall would stay here again! The service was 100000/10 and I am picky about my service for sure! Everyone was incredibly attentive. Definitely bring cash in small bills for tips. We didn’t (first time All-inclusivers and didn’t think about it) and only had $100 which was hard to break as it was USD. We did get a bit of change from a kind staff member, and everyone we tipped was very grateful even though it was USD, but next time I’d bring $100 equivalent in MXD small bills for 5 days stay! Overall 10/10 experience and we will be back

it was beautiful! the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. you are right off the beach. Food was okay, steak house was the best restaurant, taco truck was second best. Only thing is the bathroom in the hotel, it's not fully closed off so when you or your partner need to use the restroom you hear everything LOL. but we would totally stay here again. everything was so nice.

Bed was really comfortable. Nice bed sheets. Food was delicious and always accessible. Apart from 4 restaurants, cafe bar and taco stand , room service menu was pretty tasty and great options.
