Property and staff were nice. Food was amazing. Only downside is the pools close at 7pm, limited time if you have a family who would like to swim after dinner.

Im a adult traveler, both adult pools were closed at the same time.. I brought my mom who was cencer so she needs specific foods. There was only the buffet and it did have many things she could est and when the buffet was closed it was even worse as there were only unhealthy snacks. The transportation recommended by the hotel is way more expensive than outside for the same distance. For an all inclusive in mexico the beer selection was super limited. And speciality restaurants only opened for dinner and were super full so it was hard to get a spot. Would not recommended what you get for the price.

Our first time staying at Riu Dunamar. We loved the amenities, esp the waterpark for kids. The food option was good too, nothing fancy but it was good enough for us. Eduardo at the front desk thank you for your remarkable service for helping my old parents move rooms closer to the elevator. To Sury and Eva at Isla Mujeres Dining, thank you for your superb service. Now we are curious trying out the Riu Palace hehe
