Beach was beautiful, space was clean and overall staff was friendly and nice. Communication should be more clear like days the water park is close and reservations on restaurants.

The pool was too hot for the climate in hot weather who wants to get into a hot pool wish it would of been cold the pool seemed dirty and their was a smell that lingered around yhe fopd court that wasnt good when eating

Good stay at the property. Expedia needs to remove the information about the shuttle. I was left in the airport without access to the shuttle. The hotel claims that I need to talk to Expedia and they did nothing about it. Ended up needing to rent a car for a lot.

There were a few staff members that were great but we did not feel it was worth the money compared to other resorts we’ve stayed at. We were charged extra for an ocean view and we could NOT see the ocean from our room. Little to no food options at all hours of the day. Elevator numbers weren’t labeled and had food smeared on them for days! Tried to charge us for a dirty towel from pool. We have kids, kids get messy

Room was clean, spacious and a beautiful ocean view. Bars were great with great staff. Entertainment was great and the entertainment team was fun and upbeat. Other Italian restaurant was by far the BEST meal we have had and went 2 times in which the waiter knew us. The buffet was very good. Steak house needs some assistance and better food, would not recommend that at all. The beach was large, spacious and amazing swimming conditions with No seaweed The whole property was phenomenal and we will be back!!!

Everything is close and beautiful and clean. Service is amazing especially in the a la carte restaurants. Gustavo and Ernesto as our beach drinks servers were incredible. Mosquitoes were rampant this kind of year so we would recommend fumigation.
