The food was quite bad, the grounds, the staff, and the cleanliness was good but it was hard to get past the food.

Very small beds in the rooms, in the pools it takes too long to pass the cart service and you have to walk to the bar for a drink.

-Pools were nice but some had chunks of hair floating around in them. Pool bars were excellent but please keep the food out of the pools. One pool bar pools,with a table , had onions amongst other toppings floating around in the pool. -Rooms were nice and clean but the beds are pretty hard. -24 hr sports bar is very good hand out at 11pm. Excellent evening bartender with fast service Disco club was a big thumbs down for me. It’s extremely loud in a small shoe box room with no ventilation. - Staff were amazing in every way. Whether you’re at any of the restaurants or buffet or anywhere on the property they were very helpful . The evening entertainment was very boring. The only fun thing that kept people around was the karaoke. Playing evening games on a screen in which you need an iPad or iPhone to play is ridiculous. People can do this at home. I know I’m not interested into this also met others on the property that were not happy as well. -kids Club girls were great and amazing with the children. Our daughter had so much fun with the staff working at the Kids club

it was a great experience for us in the hotel. since it was my first time going to mexico the staff helped us out and were very friendly and knowledgeable about everything. i do recommend the hotel to anyone going to mexico. it was a bit far from the airport but everything went great.

Staff and amenities were ok, food, other than breakfast, was disgusting. Everything tastes the same, might have something to do with veggie utensils being used for fish, chicken and beef. The buffet was just a mass of American slop. Breakfast was good as long as you stuck with toast, eggs and avocado.

The hotel was nice, the beach is amazing. Very big and the sand is white and the ocean clean and turquoise. The staff is friendly. We traveled with kids and they were not allowed in the pool with the swim up bars. Little disappointing, because they like to get their drinks in the pool as well. It is a kids friendly hotel due to the great water park. They also don’t allow kids at their RIU parties. You also have to travel to another hotel for the parties, they don’t do it at this hotel. This was also disappointing! Restaurants are good ( our favorite was the Italian restaurant). Buffet has lots of different food and is well stocked. Nobody stays hungry here. Hotel and rooms were always very clean. It is about a 45 minutes drive from the airport.

The most celan hotel I ever stayed. The landscape is awesome!! The pools are immaculately clean no smell of chlorine, beautiful. Place is nice.

Woke up to an ant infestation in the couch in the one of the rooms we booked and they had gotten all into bags and shoes. We had to dump everything out and make sure we didn’t take them with us. Very unacceptable and I will be seeking compensation for the inconvenience.

Clean rooms, our room attendant for 0181 & 0178 was amazing while we were there. Staff at the far adult bar was fabulous. Buffet staff Adrianna was the highlight of every breakfast.

Very clean all around. Everyone that worked there were very friendly and helpful. Had an issue with our AC working, but when notified it was promptly fixed. Food was ok; have had a lot better at similar all inclusives at similar prices. The steakhouse was terrible. Buffet had a lot of options and the Asian restaurant was by far the best. It also had a lot of activities for the whole family.
