I’d give this resort a solid 4 even though it was a wonderful property. We loved it but there could be improvements.
We booked a regular swim up room bc they didn’t have any of the finest club level avail. Upon check in, they said I can upgrade to the finest club but would still be in the regular room. So they had to change out our amenities (not sure if we got them all) and switched out our coffee maker the next day which is a shame bc the upgraded coffee was amazing and we lost a day. It is important to me bc I am a coffee snob and love my coffee and with only 3 nights, one day makes a huge difference.
Our room had some stains on the cabinet and it was in the corner so it was loud esp in the mornings when you’d like to sleep in a bit. You can hear families walking by, kids crying, maintence and housekeeping right outside your door. They park their cart in front of the door and is just loud. What made our room is the pool! We loved every second of it! However it can use a good clean up as mildew is on the grout and bird poop droppings on the patio. The latter is not their fault and they try to clean it all the time. The room is spacious and the bathroom is also wonderful! The housekeeping was great but came in while we were still in the pool and she asked if we wanted a turn down service to which I said yes but she didn’t.
