This resort is prefect. It’s in a great location that’s not over crowded but close. We reneged a golf cart and was able to get up and go each morning with no issues of traffic or anything. Highly recommend. The staff was amazing and friendly.

The staff was incredible. They went out of their way to accommodate us with anything we could have needed on our trip! The beach was a bit small, but the courtyard was extremely clean and comfortable, not to mention the beauty!

Staff was amazing, helpful and friendly. The food was ok, but nothing to rave about. Menu selection was small and portion sizes were small. It wasnt a big deal because you could order multiple entres. Beach was small but nice, but the ocean at the resort had lots of seaweed. We chose to spend our time at other beaches for beach days. The pool was nice and we liked the swim up bar.

Great location for a break on a beautiful island. The hotel staff are excellent and professional. The rooms are very clean. The all inclusive is outstanding. Our only complaint is that you must taxi or rent a golf cart to visit Calle Hidalgo and other parts of island but that is mitigated by the numerous taxis on standby at the hotel and the hotel's golf cart rental. We would definitely stay here again.

The arranged transportation never picked us up, we had to pay $160 just to get there. The walls were so thin in our room that we could hear every word in the room next door and the hotel wanted to do nothing to make everything right. Very unhappy with our experience, would not stay here again.

Little more isolated from all the other hotels, quiet fewer people less traffic on the streets easy to get into town renting a golf cart made everything so much easier beach is clean. Water is gorgeous. Pool is comfortable. Rooftop pool is excellent. Restaurant is good. Excellent very good. The bars are excellent portions are very good

This resort was amazing. We only stayed for a weekend but wish we could have stayed longer. The rooftop pool and bar was beautiful and cool against the Mexico heat. The bartending staff made great drinks and had plenty of suggestions on what to get at the open bar. The staff was very friendly and was always accommodating. The property was smaller which we enjoyed and everyone was very friendly. 10/10 would recommend going here again!

We loved the size of the hotel (not too big, but had everything one would need), the hotel quality (beautiful decor, two amazing pools, it's own private beach with beach beds), and the service (Mateo and Hugo were exceptional). We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay on Isla Mujeres.
