Our room was basic, but for the price and location it was great! The lady who cleaned our room was AMAZING, we did tip her everyday too so that could make difference. The “other staff” was dismissive and really didn’t care if we were there or not. Remodeling so pool is a no go but there is an optional pool down the road we never went ocean to nice and close. Lots of restaurants and bars around the area and best of all walking distance to the amazing taco trucks! Highly recommend to try them they are all a little different but all very good. We normally stay at Ixchel and LOVE it but price wise couldn’t turn down a cheap quick trip. We rented chairs from the people right down the way for one day then were told about local place to rent the Tommy bahama chairs (that we never sat in always in the water). Had a massage daily by Anna and her team (down by ocean to the left) $50 a day! Love isla and taking morning ride on the golf kart around the island. I would definitely stay here again regardless of the staff caring or not.

Construction going on at hotel so really put a damper on using the facilities specifically the pool and yard area. Not accessible during construction without going around the building through the beach.

A short stay in Isla

A very good place to stay for your trip to Isla! Very walkable distance from shipping and a lot of dining options. You can rent a golf cart directly from the front desk as well. The only thing to be mindful of is that they don’t have any beach chairs so you will have to pay to sit on the beach on average about $25USD a person which includes food (to a specific limit) then you pay the difference if there is one. But the chairs are right on the beach! The food on the beach is also very good and a lot of healthy options (not just burgers/pizza).

This is a no frills hotel , just a basic room, but was still perfect. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The property was clean and lots of foliage! The best part about this place is LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! Our family would for sure stay here again!

Good location, close to good food places, convenient stores, bars and of course the beach. Very accommodating, we arrived and our room was ready so they let us check in a little early. If you rent golf cart through the hotel it is very convenient and always have parking in front of hotel.

Perfect location on the beach, the pool area is amazing!! Basic budget hotel, clean and comfortable, the only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because, the water pressure in the shower made it very hard to shower and wash my hair, there wasn't a blow dryer in the room as stated in the description, my husband went and asked if they had one I could use, but it only blew cold air, they give beach towels that you can trade in every other day, same goes for towels in the room.

There is nobody at the front desk, they are always in the back. You can actually hear them. You call them and they pretend they cant hear you. When they finally show up, they are extremely rude. They dont have wifi in all the buildings. They dont change towels unless you ask them. Good location, terrible servicr.
