Great property, room can use an upgrade

Great property but the rooms are a bit dates. Very underwhelming. The property itself was beautiful but coming in and getting room 115 on thr corner with see thru blinds was a bit weird. Perhaps there are better looking rooms but this was not my experience. We checked out early due to this.

This hotel is in a perfect location. It’s very clean and the rooms are good size. However, a large portion of the rooms are overlooking the trash dumpsters and you hear them empty them every morning at 6 AM. The front desk lady is snarky, if that kind of thing bothers you.

The hotel was in a prime location. Fisherman’s wharf was nice however there were a decent amount of stores closed. The hotel offered a complimentary wine during their social hour which I though was a really nice touch.I have allergies and called the hotel prior to arriving and they did a deep clean in my room and it really made a great difference. Thank you! One thing they should let people know upfront is there is a 75$ a day parking fee. You have to pay it because there is no where else to park! Other than that the hotel is a gem!

Stayed two nights during fleet week. Very safe near fisherman’s wharf. It’s SF and an old building, but it’s clean, safe, and walkable to every location. SF has been notroiusly unsafe for kids, but I had my 14 year old son here and we felt very comfortable. It was fleet week and there were many more police than normal. And the marines. Pretty sure SF authorities moved out most of the homeless for this week. I live nearby could see a huge difference, so YMMV based on the political climate…typically i would never bring my son to SF.

The property is well located and you can walk to Fisherman's Wharf easily. But my window faced some waste management company across the street, and they were making a lot of noise in the early morning hours (4am) that woke us up.
